In my 55 years of watching The Fighting Texas Aggie Band I have never witnessed a better performance. This put a tear in my eye and a lump in my throat. Thanks from a huge fan that happens to be a Horned Frog.
My brother went there in 1988-92, and was in the superb Corp of Cadets. I recall the excellent band and to this day absolutely love watching them. The spirit of the crowd is amazing and no one leaves at halftime seriously! Now my daughter goes there and my nephew. Yay.
I have to disagree. I dont think they looked good. I think they looked AMAZING 💖. It's no wonder you're a proud parent! Well done to them all!!!😁 I wish we had entertainment like this at our games!!
I’m in the famous maroon band at Mississippi State, and I will never forget them bringing their full band here back in 2018. I noticed a saxophone player with a cool looking mouthpiece, and I went to ask them what brand it was. They replied “I’m not sure. Im just filling in for halftime and they made me hold this horn”. Mad lads.
Mastery.... never have I seen better precision....quality sound- expert! Love halftime shows and competitive field demonstrations as our fall favorite pastime!
4 generations of my family are Aggies. My grandparents started taking me to bonfire and Aggie games when I was just a toddler. I’m now 48 years old and I still get chills every time I hear and watch The Fighting Texas Aggie Band and I feel so much pride to have been raised in the Aggie family. May the spirit of Aggieland never die. I love you guys.
Hello from England, the complexity of the marching and playing musical instruments at the same time boggles my mind, I'm worn out I need to lie down, that was amazing to watch, well done to everyone.
A&M has a spirit I’ve not seen on any other campus!! And the band is outstanding! The straightest lines, sharp turns and spot on with the music!! Miss not going to any. My husband was an Aggie and made me a Aggie want to be.
Watched the phenomenal Texas Aggie Band many times in late 1980. This brought back wonderful memories of those weekends at the football games I hardly understood. But the halftime -- IT was the show! Go Aggies!!!

C'est très impressionnant, bravo et merci à ces personnes de nous proposer un tel spectacle, j’imagine que derrière tout ça il y’a beaucoup de travail et d’efforts.
North Korea does bigger and better ones with thousands of people. It is the mark of a military dictatorship. One step away from giving a ticker tape parade to Tanks and missiles.
Reminds me of days marching in the band at Drake University in the 70's. We had a phenomenal leader! Thanks for the memories of not only marching at Drake, but a Vikings game, a Green Bay game and the college pecan bowl game at Witchita Falls, texas!
Having watched my brother practice for 4 years during the summer and after school for 4 years for their performances makes me appreciate all the band members hard work.
I was in the Australian Army for 2 years and when we were learning to do our parade marches is was hard getting the timeing right and finally getting it so we were all working together took weeks. It was nothing compared to this though. Watching this brought tears to my eyes. This must have taken months to get right. Very impressive. Never been to an American baseball game or football game but this would be amazing to watch live. Fantastic!
I NEVER get tired of watching the Aggie Band perform. That is procession and I have not seen another college band achieve such excellence (excluding the military academies).
Stan Watkins The halftime shows were the only part I was interested in and until they get straightened out about how to respect our country and our flag I don’t give a hoot about football players. The place that gives them the opportunity to make tons of money and they hate it. It’s just not right.
came across the "aggies" by mistake but glad I did! I'm English born and bred, but appreciate marching bands - kudos to whoever choreographs the "aggies" routines, a huge BRAVO from UK 👍👍👍!!!
Frank Varela Do it! Not only is the band amazing, but the student body is a sight to behold. You won’t ever experience a game like one at Kyle Field in Aggieland.
Yes, do go if you can. I've also heard that the Bush Library and Museum is a wonderful place to experience, also. Sadly, I've never had a chance to visit the museum. But that is on MY bucket list. Lol

The Fightin' Texas Aggie Band can do this because each member is very dedicated. They are attending University, a US Armed Forces Reserve Officer Training Corps program, and periodic band practice (on field and in chambers) concurrently. The Corps are all housed in several dormitories in a section of the main Texas A&M University campus known as "The Quad". My understanding is that many of the A&M graduates from the Corps accept commissions from the US Armed Forces after graduation, usually qualifying to enter service as junior officers following basic training. In the video shown, those band members marching in riding boots are seniors (4th+ year of University). You will note that these senior band members are placed at the outside edges to help guide the band with their experience and as visual cover for missteps that may occur with less experienced members inside the formations. Make special note of how those members who march with bass drum or tuba do unusual turns by bending way over. Sometimes it seems weird, but it aides in avoiding collisions (or gives a visual flair ... tuba players are their own brand of cutups). Many of the musicians have to lower their instruments during tight maneuvers and rejoin the flow of music immediately after the turn. The band manages to do this without substantial loss of volume. This video shows the band playing the Texas A&M fight song at the beginning and end of the exhibition. They are also famous for playing the march that we know colloquially as the theme to the movie "Patton".
I would MUCH rather see something like this as part of the Super Bowl halftime show than the crap we typically get. (Except Prince. That halftime show was epic.)
I agree!! This band delivers more spirit form the gathering than these entertainers that are more into themselves than into the game or into patriotism!! I love College football over pros any day

Amazing precision and timing on a grand scale - I loved every second of this fantastic display. Having said that I’ve only been seasick once in my life and one of their manoeuvres had my tummy feeling a bit queasy. I’m putting that down to the seamless and smooth flow from one formation to another. I think us folks watching this video had the experience due to us looking down on the action. I’m guessing there probably were giant screens around the stadium to give the spectators a better view of the amazing choreography taking place in front of them.

Having kids in the high school band and living next door to the high school the hours of practice that goes into band marching is crazy. They practice everyday including weekend and summer. I cant imagine the hours that were put into this. We have a battle of the bands yearly between state schools it's amazing when your right there watching and listening. This must be phenomenal.
I have no clue how many times I have watched, listened, been brought to tears from this half-time drill. Only shortcoming for me is 'Patton'. When the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band launches Patton, the Corp, the entire 12th man goes over the top, next level crazy every single time. My fish year, fall '70, the Corp rotated in to auditoriums for view of the movie release. My only real regret then was, it was not yet my privilege to Whoop. Today, that is my ultimate expression of appreciation and enthusiasm.

In my 55 years of watching The Fighting Texas Aggie Band I have never witnessed a better performance. This put a tear in my eye and a lump in my throat. Thanks from a huge fan that happens to be a Horned Frog.
one of the most amazing things i have ever seen. GOD bless Texas
Every single member is Personification and embodiment of Discipline and hardwork !!
Beyond impressive!
My brother went there in 1988-92, and was in the superb Corp of Cadets. I recall the excellent band and to this day absolutely love watching them. The spirit of the crowd is amazing and no one leaves at halftime seriously! Now my daughter goes there and my nephew. Yay.
My son's first performance! They all looked great!
Good for you! I myself want to join too someday. Cant wait!
Susan Young They did! How nice for your son to be part a great marching band! I wish him the best of college experiences! 🥁🎺🎷
A great performance. Halftime IS gametime.
I have to disagree. I dont think they looked good. I think they looked AMAZING 💖. It's no wonder you're a proud parent! Well done to them all!!!😁
I wish we had entertainment like this at our games!!
Dazzling, be proud👍
Amazingly beautiful, my first time in my whole life to witness an awesome parade ! Excellent !
Absolutely amazing! Such precision and coordination. Kudos to them all and especially to the choreographer.
I have never seen anything so AWESOME! And I'm an 80 year old Veteran.
Super !!! Это ж сколько времени и труда нужно было, чтобы получилось такое чудо. Спасибо.!
Dear USA ( and Texas in particular ). You are so wondrous and inspirational in so many ways. Please consider becoming outstanding in everyway.
Mind BLOWN! I was a high-school bank kid but we never had marching band. I can only imagine the preparation that went into this! AMAZING!!!!!
Excellent concept and excellently coordinated presentation !! 👌👌👌
With 💖 from 🇮🇳
Best college marching band of all time. Enough said.
Hello from England, the complexity of the marching and playing musical instruments at the same time boggles my mind, I'm worn out I need to lie down, that was amazing to watch, well done to everyone.
I so loved the way they changed the designs. Amazing.
A&M has a spirit I’ve not seen on any other campus!! And the band is outstanding! The straightest lines, sharp turns and spot on with the music!! Miss not going to any. My husband was an Aggie and made me a Aggie want to be.
There’s a spirit can ne’er be told 👍🏼
What Class?
Corps or Non-reg?
I was HOOKED. Truly amazing precision. Well well well done guys.❤
That crowd, how the Aggies love their own. Pretty epic.
Watched the phenomenal Texas Aggie Band many times in late 1980. This brought back wonderful memories of those weekends at the football games I hardly understood. But the halftime -- IT was the show! Go Aggies!!!
In a time when so many bands do cutsie pictures and formations the Aggie band still does it right. Always nice to watch.
Ils sont tres bons ,un regal pour les yeux et les oreilles quel boulot de repetitions encore bravo
This was by far better then any NFL Superbowl halftime show
Gig em
Bring back taste and morals
Amen to that!
Jon Armstrong Bet you stand up when they play! Great video!
@@chaist94 Thanks Chris but I knew that. Was wondering about the people in the crowd though.
I have never seen anything like this... NEVER EVER EVER.. ABSOLUTELY SPELLBINDING... AWESOME... THANK YOU 👍👍👍🇺🇸May Rose🙋🌹3-9-22GA USA. My...My...Texas!!!
I'm an LSU group. THE AGGIE half time always got standing ovations . Since1961
I am Brazilian and lived in Texas for over 3 years. Had a great time and made good Texan friends. This post shows Texans hard working and commitment. Go Aggies!
Come back when you can.
C'est très impressionnant, bravo et merci à ces personnes de nous proposer un tel spectacle, j’imagine que derrière tout ça il y’a beaucoup de travail et d’efforts.
In my 65 years i have NEVER seen such PERFECTION .... just love it 😍😍😍😍😍
There’s more kids in that band than there was in my school, you Americans go big all the time 😃👍🏻
North Korea does bigger and better ones with thousands of people.
Потрясающее зрелище --как будто это не живые люди , а какая-то компьютерная игра. Здорово !
Having watched my brother practice for 4 years during the summer and after school for 4 years for their performances makes me appreciate all the band members hard work.
All that work to look ordinary, North Korea does it better.
One of the things Texas does spectacularly well.
Love from Australia
I can't even comprehend how that's possible.
Never never never have I seen such a perfect synchronization of so many in a marching band!! Perfection
Fantastic!
Please come visit us!
@@Oceangirl_505 ur countrys gone to shit no one should visit u
definitely better than their football games.
When I went to A&M I only went to games to see the band. Didn't care about sports.
I NEVER get tired of watching the Aggie Band perform. That is procession and I have not seen another college band achieve such excellence (excluding the military academies).
Wonderful. I wish the television companies would allow us to see the bands like they used to .
Yes
Many folks prefer halftime highlights and watching sports announcing jocks talking about what the teams should do in the second half.
It’s all about that corporate commercial sponsorship money
Stan Watkins The halftime shows were the only part I was interested in and until they get straightened out about how to respect our country and our flag I don’t give a hoot about football players. The place that gives them the opportunity to make tons of money and they hate it. It’s just not right.
This is why I stopped watching all televised football games. None of the traditions left.
Fascinating to watch, what a great coordination ! Impeccable timing, impressive.
This is sssooooo enjoyable to watch!!! I must say one of the best if not the best band I've ever seen, It was delightful
All the way from noles country. WOW that's what you call a marching band. Love it
came across the "aggies" by mistake but glad I did! I'm English born and bred, but appreciate marching bands - kudos to whoever choreographs the "aggies" routines, a huge BRAVO from UK 👍👍👍!!!
Another Aussie blown away by the performance and the response......Bloody amazing!!!
I love watching the different marching traditions from around college sports.
Me too.
They are the most impressive school band I have ever seen. Makes want to go see them in person. I am gonna put that on my bucket list.
Lol
Omg, that's freakin' amazing!!!
I can only imagine how many arduous hours of practice it took to do that so perfectly!!!
Parents be PROUD!!!
This is the BEST performance I’ve ever seen from any marching band or drum corps
Actually, this performance is rather tame. They'll be much advanced by the end of the season.
Wow, they are incredible and amazing to watch!!! Very impressed with their marching!!!💖
Simply phenomenal! The crowd of Aggie cheers supporting these amazing talented fighting Aggies is electric!
Outstanding sincronzation beautifully orchestrated A&M never disappoints!
Gig Em Aggies! 🏈💕👣💫 Shining Stars of our God's goodness are you all bonafide team spirit personified yeah everybody!
Mind-blowing precision. That was incredible.
The crowd! The precision! Wow, I've never seen anything like that. Texas pride!
Over the moon, as some say.
North Korea does it better. Military parades are hot garbage.
@@themarbleking: North Korea does it better? Which university in North Korea are you referring to?
This is truly a brilliant and very touching performance thoroughly enjoyed!! Imagine a world focused on beauty in all its forms, especially kindness without a hint of physical or mental aggression against any being. Just a heart warming thought.
SO PROUD OF THESE AGGIES!!! One of them is my nephew, and I just cry every time I see the band perform knowing he’s a part of the greatest marching band ever!!!
Laura Marceleno-foreman What a nice Aunt you are ! 😀
Schön, Perfekt
I'd rather watch the band than the game.
Nedra McCaig there’s DCI
Small Anal man imagine the fightin Texas Aggie band in dci
Sean Hernandez Aggie and would lose badly dci is really competitive also dci does a lot of practice watch Babylon by Santa Clara band or Metamorph by the blue devils
I'd rather watch Asian porn.
@@lapdog1479 ...Nobody's stopping you. And nobody forced you to watch this video of this awesome band.
БРАВО !!!!! молодцы ! спасибо за удовольствие от просмотра такого зрелища 👋👋👋👋👋💥👍👍👍
I would MUCH rather see something like this as part of the Super Bowl halftime show than the crap we typically get.
(Except Prince. That halftime show was epic.)
I agree!! This band delivers more spirit form the gathering than these entertainers that are more into themselves than into the game or into patriotism!! I love College football over pros any day
Do you believe there's an afterlife? What do you think what happens when you die?
Are you a good person? Let's put that to test through some of the 10 commandments: Have you ever lied? (Even a white lie) Have you stolen anything irrespective of it's value? (music downloaded illegally off the internet, a pencil, etc.) Have you taken God's name in vain? (Example, Om-g, Or saying the name Jesus when you hit your foot on accident, etc) Have you ever looked at someone with lust? (Jesus says if you even look at a women or man with lust, you've committed adultery with them in your heart)
If you've broken even one of the commandments, (And there's more than just 10 if you read the new testament) you're guilty of all.
James 2:10
[10]For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.
So if you die today, God is rightly justified in sending you to hell. But God takes no delight in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn and live.
Now what did God do for sinners that we wouldn't have to go to hell?
He sent His only begotten Son to die for our sins.
So Jesus (God manifested in the flesh) came down and dwelt among us to be a sinless sacrifice for our sins.
Leviticus 17:11
[11]For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.’
So there's two things you must do to be saved. You must repent and put your faith in Jesus.
When you repent, you don't just simply confess (Especially to a priest... Catholics aren't Christian)
But when you repent, you must express sorrow and great remorse and regret over your sins because your sins have offended a holy God. And after you've don't that you must COMMIT to not sin ever again because it offends God and because God gives you the strength to overcome. So don't wallow in your sin.
And when you put your faith in Jesus, put your faith in Him as you would in a parachute.
And after you do this you will pass from death to life and you will be granted forgiveness and mercy from God and He will replace your heart of stone with a heart of flesh with new desires and you will then love to do that which is righteous rather than desire sin that is only pleasurable for a season.
Thanks and God bless you whoever sincerely reads this with a humble heart. If you need prayer, give me your name and let me know whatever you may be dealing with and I'll pray for you.

Incredible so clever and perfect, they look like they are on wheels, whoever choreographed this and participated needs a gold medal out of this world.

UA-cam always puts this video on the list and I always watch it until the end. Perfect performance. ❤️👏💯
👏👏👏👏🌷🌷🇦🇷
This band is insane, sick, crazy and the super best of all bands in America! Who could be this band?? 😳!
What a wonderful rhythm! What work and what commitment! What contagious enthusiasm! The crowd and its soldiers are like a big heart beating before my eyes. Completely admiring 😍

They aren't soldiers. Not yet anyway. They are part of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets which undergo ROTC training while at the university. Many will go on to become officers in the US military after graduation.
Greetings from Germany / Cologne, that's amazing
I love how confidently they march towards one another. No hesitation, no worries. Everyone knows where to be from step on to run off.

No room for error!!! excellent. Although I didn't get all the formations, really enjoyed the performance. Now, where was your son? lol
Terry McKay lol! My wife had eyes on him the whole time with her zoomed in camera. This week vs Auburn he will be on the outside so he will be easier to spot.
