Bro, I’m gonna honest with you, half of those artists you mentioned JD only signed. Not all, just some of them. He signed J.E, Da Brat, Xscape and Anthony Hamilton and Bone Crusher (his biggest and only hit was called “Neva Scared” and JD didn’t produce that record). He produced some of their music, not all of them. In fact, he didn’t produce Anthony Hamilton’s first album, he was just the executive producer. I not too long looked up TLC’s catalog, and JD only did one or two songs each album, and NONE of them were records we know about. To be real with you, he would need Mariah, Usher, Xscape, J.E, and Da Brat. Whereas Diddy would have Biggie, Mary, Faith, 112, Craig Mack, Jodeci, etc. Now that I think about it, this would be a Verzuz battle of executives. Because neither one REALLY produced anything. They just ad-libbed and danced in the videos. Some records they had their hands on and were huge hits. Though actually producing the records, that would go to DRE all day. Just my two cents.
112 - Only You Junior Mafia - Get Money Biggie - Big Poppa Faith - Love like this Mariah - Fantasy REMIX ft ODB Biggie - One more chance remix Ma$e - Tell me what you want Total - Can't you see 112 - Peaches and cream Mariah - Honey ft The Lox Biggie - "Mo' money, Mo' Prolems Puff - Can't nobody hold me down Puff - All about the benjamins Biggie - Hypnotize Puff - Badboy for life SWV - Someone Ma$e - Feel so good Biggie - Nasty Girl remake Lil Kim - No time Black Rob - Woah They play this for Puff, and it's 15 - 5.

Look Diddy is right because once he hits the turbo mode and gets into rap (biggie, mase, lox, black Rob, Craig Mack, lil Kim) it’s a wrap for JD. Now R&B it’s a fight. Bow wow and the da brat can’t touch Bad Boy rap artist.
Nope but okay
@@8997024 fam What JD gonna do when Puff his that real
Hip Hop/Rap bag? Bow wow, da brat, dem franchise boys, Kriss Kross?? Come on yall! I got love for JD but puff rap catalog is flames!
@@Ptzzy puff as a producer or exec producer 🤔 my nigga I was listening to mo money mo problems this am on the way to work but that’s Stevie j on the track not puff so idk lbs
I do appreciate you coming from only a music perspective. Dre would smash him doe no bs
Puff can play Woah 10x, Be Happy 6x, Dance with me remix 4x alone
There is no way puff can beat Dre.... Dre got Snoop, Tupac, Eminem, 50 cent ect... I don't see that happening I don't even think Jermaine dupri can beat dre either...
Game, and Kendrick......sheesh
@@tylerrutherford1989 I knew that lol
I’m glad they acknowledged the New York bias. Did Joe forget the Xscape catalog, JD’s Monica songs?
Diddy would never beat Dre Joe must be on that shit again
For real like wtf 😂😂😂 Dre can play shit from the 80’s
Ong Dre put together the golden era in the 90’s
He cant have one conversation without saying Drake's name. It's crazy.
Ahahaha
Am I the only one wondering why Drake gets so much “respect”? I mean not as a man or artist. Totally respect his work and legacy. But he speaks about this man like he is a certified MC when it’s well known his pen isn’t all his.
All gotta do if u go first in versus is shoot your first shot off heart tone adrenaline and then use the 3 5 7 9 to respond instead of start new rounds
You'd have to be in the sessions to know what Puff did in the studio but he for sure executive produced them all. It's different when CEOs do verzuz if think they should be able to play whatever came out on their record label and what they written, produced, or been featured on.
I just went back and listened to biggie’s “sky’s the limit” and naw that ain’t it lol Joe crazy if he thinks “what about your friends” wouldn’t beat that
Biggie gets way too much credit IMO
You tripping
See y’all youngins wasn’t outside yet and probably ain’t live yet….
That eta was called the golden era for a reason
You had to be there js
Both of them got an easy 20.
It’ll come down to if it’s live/or not, stage presence, guess appearances. Doubt if it’ll happen though
@@donaquiles495 what?!?! Man best believe I was there that just wasn't me or most of my hoods wave mane. No Limit, Scarface, Tupac, NaS, DJ Quik, LL. Just because I'm that age don't mean a nigga gotta listen to BIG all like that
Ima have to Agree with Joe
TI IS DEFINITELY ON THE SAME LEVEL AS 50
😭 no the hell he is not…
He smoking 50
No he's not. He is above 50 when it comes music
@@HeNeedSumMilk only one song I'll listen from 50 today is MANY men other than that his catalog is dated... didn't age well...Ti have more classics... still bump in the club
50 ain’t got enough, he can’t put GRODT on repeat
Biggie victory. Untouchable
I’m glad Ice and Ish kept it real with Joe about his New York bias! He be lowkey trynna play T.I. like he wasn’t a staple for this down south culture!
When u really sit down and think ti beats 50 imo
@@traelmer5262 That’s facts! If you check their catalog song for song he has 50 beat.
Puff didn’t produce Mary entire catalog. He can’t claim all of Mary’s work. Plus them shits is all samples
If it is just hip-hop Diddy wins, if u include r&b JD wins easily.
Come an talk to me jodeci. Beats confessions
@@mickyfingaz5132 no it doesn’t 😂 not to mention the Mariah records
If people in the comments really think puff didn’t produce shit. Y’all tripping….. same thing when the lox battled dipset . A majority had dip winning .they said lox ain’t have hits !!!!!and they got smoked . Puff produce a lot of cult classics!!!! His music is timeless and hit hits harder!!!!! Jd is a icon producer…. Puff beats jd
If you lock both men in a room who will have a complete album done?
Meaning He Did The Beat Wrote The Lyrics & Mastered The Shit JD Puff Can’t Write nor make beats.
Just dance in the videos 😂
Jagged edge got something FOR EVERY ONE of them 112 songs…an answer for ALL of them..Promise, let’s get married, walked out of heaven, good luck charm, gotta be, where the party at…what’s Joe talking about
Arnold Hennings produced "Cupid" NOT Puff.
True..but Puff has last say so on his label on whats dope or not...and thats why you cant underestimate jd bc of all whose under his label AND management
I think JD vs TrackMasters would be a good one. Alot of people don't know all the records they were part of. JD could even pull Anthony Hamilton since he was signed to So So Def. We already know what Puff and Dre have so they might make a better matchup. But I'm cool with whatever happens
50 cent and puffy Don't wanna do it because they Don't wanna get put in a position to lose to the south JD THAT GUY Marah Carey album and usher album both sold 10 million copies
Missy vs busta rhymes that would be amazing
Man Black Robs Woah is one of the greatest singles ever from any artist, no one even mentioned that record Puff will smoke JD
Ice face when Joe says "Puff writes" needs to be a gif hahahahahaha
The thing is JD is liable to pull some shit out the bag that we didn’t even know he produced
Birdman was right, these northeast think tanks are bias af. Mary J has 20 where outside the tri-state area?? She has a 20 piece bucket of KFC. JD will wash Puff after 12 records.
Let's make this clear!!! 112 is not messing with Jagged Edge. Jodeci and Jagged Edge yes....
I'm a bigger fan of JE but it's pretty much the consensus that 112 washed them in their verzuz.
@@bibbyboi I'll have to watch that verzuz
Diddy don’t write or don’t know how to use a beat machines. JD writes everything and makes the beats💯💯💯💯
You can't believe that...DIDDY? 😂
