That Garland looks like those clusters of mushrooms that grow on trees. I love the frame in the girls bathroom. I think I would keep all the things you wanted to keep. Who knows if you will find something so cool again. You can always sell them later if you decide not to keep them

I definitely share and appreciate your enthusiasm for thrifting! I also love flea markets and garage sales. I love the truly vintage pieces that you bought. Flipping genuinely vintage items is my thing. I sell them either as is or upcycled. I rarely flip cheap Dollar Tree items or modern mass produced items "Made in China".
Love all your finds! Those candlesticks are amazing and I can't help but giggle imagining your sprint across the store to grab them. I would have done the same thing. So much inspiration.

I just love your baby girl, she is so adorable and happy! I think the frames were definitely the best find. I also think you should keep all the things that you wanted to because your home is a special, sacred place where the things you love are. The garland is made of tree fungus, either turkey tail, or oyster mushrooms

Your “sea shell things” are actually a fungi mushroom that grows on trees 😉
I would love to see you take the oyster garland apart and put one in a picture frame as art. I think the texture in it will look so cool.

The crate without a lid would look cool with a Hudson Bay stencil on the side and use it for blanket storage in your family room. Leaving it open lets people take them out much easier and nicer to display some great quilts or afghans. The chicken wire basket would look cool with the fungus pieces in it for display with maybe some drift wood pieces. The wire basket would look cool with towels and extra TP rolls for a larger bathroom! The last picture frame would make an awesome caulk board for a farm house kitchen or at the front door for reminders or welcome greetings! With the girls frame in their bathroom, what about making a silhouette of the two of them sitting together, cut it out and put it on a piece of card stock that is the same colour as the bathroom walls.

The garland is made of porous lichen which grows on trees. REALLY really interesting looking. Can't wait to see what you make with them!

First, those earrings, love them!! Second, I found some cute aluminum plant holders with jute wrapped at the top at Dollar Tree today. I got so excited to paint them, add the foam spray and some floral and test the market where I live!! Thank you for the inspiration!! This haul was amazing!! Loved the tall "vase" with the yellow polka dots!
I would be so pressed if I had to make a decision as whether to keep everything or sell it! 😁

Anything different and unusual with Chic looks can add such character in a home, but the best find have got to be those gorgeous frames. Those are hard to come by and extremely expensive too. Im 73 and art has been a part of my everyday life since forever. So glad I can watch your videos now.

Lol, I would have done the same with the lavender! I always had the same problem with the shorter lavender at Wal-Mart, so when I found it, I bought it all. It was hard to find! I say items you want to keep, keep them. If I found things I liked, even though I was buying for our business, I would keep. Because you may not find the pieces again. Sometimes the joy from your item is worth more than the money you would make! Great haul Julie! Blessings to you and your family!

Something whimsical would be cute in the frame in the girls bathroom and the wire baskets are so cute! The sea life garland is super interesting! Love it. It’s fun to see something in someone’s house and think what the heck is that I need to see that! The metal tea pots, love! Those two wooden candlesticks just pretty much take the cake. ❤️🥰❤️

Wryn paying us a visit, and the lavender find with you having learned your lesson and buying it all for yourself, both made me grin with delight. I was down to my last two lavenders and I found two more at my Walmart yesterday! I like the frame in the girls' bathroom. I think it makes a nice contrast to the other lighter looking decor.
I also just LOVE those large textured garlands!
My favorite today is the gorgeous picture frames.. they are beautiful and there are so many things you can do with them. I have seen tables made by adding wood in the open area. I also think they would be great with a printed saying. 🌺

i spend a lot of money on my skin, lol. i have always worked out and ate well, if i don't i feel bad and have low energy.

You are so lucky to get stuff for cheap. Here in Chicago thrift stores and estates sales and flea markets have gotten super expensive!! Like retail prices! That last frame would go for like $30-$50 here!
I still find great prices in chicago and the near by subs.Salvation and good will are hit or miss they have raised their prices because of people reselling ...but other thrift stores are still fair in price in chicago.

You scored some great stuff! Especially jealous of the art stuff & frames - that handmade paper is fantastic. I think that frame looks terrific in your daughters bathroom. I would definitely keep that teapot, tea kettle & the other metal kettle, you can always upcycle them when you find something you like better or are just ready for a change.

Julie, the white garland item "thingy"- they are dehydrated mushrooms. A type of shelf mushroom. I like to mushroom hunt as much as I like to thrift. Such a cool idea!!

I can't really say which was my favorite, the candlesticks were a great score and seem to be great sellers but those silver and copper pots were amazing, I'd have a hard time parting with them myself. It feels like forever since you did your last video, great to see you back!!

So, funny story about the tall lavender...I decided to stop at our Walmart when I was headed into work yesterday. There was a guy with a cart stocking some floral. I stepped down an isle across from him so I could see the cart he had and I noticed a lavender bunch. I approached him and asked if I could help by taking some of those floral bunches off of his hands. No need to put them away. He dug around and found the total of 6!!!

I have been watching your channel for a few weeks but I have never left a comment today I am inspired. Your haul was excellent, and you should always keep what you like, later if you get tired of a piece sell it and replace it with something you like better. My favorite thing in your haul today was the picture frames. The frames are beautiful and would make any home look spectacular. I also loved the sea urchins. There are so many things you can make from them. Let your imagination run wild. I can tell you watch Jamirayvintage. Jami is a good role model.

I’m so glad you said what you did about the frames that need to be sealed. I have some really old pictures and frames of my parents that needed some TLC so I’m going to use the mod podge to help seal it and save it. I love your videos. I loved everything you purchased.
My sister and I saw those same garlands a couple of weeks ago at Canton Trade Days in Texas. They were selling for $19. We thought they were interesting too and beachy looking. We decided they were a fungus. I also have made my own paper... really easy and fun. I remember adding seeds and petals to them. Love your videos!!!💕
