I was always curious about how these sweet potato Balls are made, so out of curiosity I gave it a try. why not well its not hard to make but there's a technique to it and if not followed it will go south as what happened to my first batch, but I got it right the second batch. then in the end I didn't put them to drain the oil properly so they started to get saggy, good thing is we ate them quickly. #food #taiwanesefood #potatoballs #streetfood #homemade #dessert #creativecooking
