Understandable I have a client that doesn't use them either cause they're always out of town, but his guests use them allot. Also when he does happen to rent it out the amenities are amazing perks.
Both are highly desirable, and always have low inventory. I like both as well, but I’d prefer the Marten just to be a little out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the strip life, and if the wanted to got it the strip from the Martin I’d just call the front desk to have the in house car service take me.
I don’t think I would want to live full time in any one of those condos Hard to get supplies in and out and there are no stores like Costco or anything to regularly shop close by. HOA dues are really high, and the traffic around all the buildings is horrible.
All depends on life style, most these buildings will deliver your groceries to your door. They have freight elevators as well, traffic is not great at some of them. Not for everyone for sure, but again depends on life style, I get it.
I do these videos to educate people who are trying to purchase highrises, such as services they provide, hoa costs and data points that are important for buyers. Not sure how I would video car services on the weekend and HOA costs. I do private videos for clients that are out of town and can't first hand walk the property. I just did one for a client and will post it in a few days or so. Sorry I am not entertaining enough, these videos are mostly to educate. I appreciate you watching it though, thank you. Stay tuned for the highrise walk throughs

I wouldn’t mind a condo for a cool mil on the LV strip, but paying HOA fees for facilities I would never use; is crazy! 🤪

I want to learn.
What is it you want to learn? I'd love to help!

The H.O.A dues are more than a car payment and car insurance and groceries for a month.
Yes it is.. luxury living for some, over indulgence for many.
The video would have been a keeper if it had more video of what you were talking about, rather than watching you talking.
