So. Cal. resident here. I don't know. I probably could afford the place (a lower cost unit) once I retire, but the Strip I've always felt is a place to visit, not to live at. Once I'm in Las Vegas for a few days, I start get bored. It's the same stuff. Maybe more every time I go, but it's more of the same stuff. Then there's the hot summers, along with the dryness most of the year. I've gotten used to weather that's closer to the coast. Sorry about that.
It depends on what kind of lifestyle you are looking for, if you want the Las Vegas lifestyle with many events, concerts and restaurants then strip high rise living is for you! Many people are relocating here due to no state income tax! We have so much to do! What do you enjoy?
No thank you. I rather live in Henderson than on the strip.
Just curious, Why is that?

This place is the definition of getting in early/a gamble. Right now the building looks abandoned. For example the first and second floors of Sky, have retail and restaurant spaces available and seemingly every single one is for lease. Aka not a single store, restaurant, or coffee shop is in the Sky building as of now it seems. I drive by it every day for work.
But five years from now and say another nice casino joins Resorts world and FB and the NBA stadium gets built right there too? It’s a surefire winner and will be popping off. Right now though? Ehhh
Yes but I don’t hear of any other high rises on the strip being built so these units will only get more desirable as that area fills in!

Hi Courtney! Another great video. Did you mean Fashion Show when you said Town Square for shopping? I think Town Square is South of Mandalay Bay and the Welcome to LV sign if I'm not mistaken. No biggie.
Yes great catch I believe I was talking about the Whole Foods located in town center near the Las Vegas sign! That’s where a lot of people who live in the high rises shop for groceries. They need to put a target or something in fashion show that would make it great for the residents who live on the strip! What’s your favorite mall?
I filmed a unit at Sky Las Vegas once. Love their balcony views!!! Also, security is on their game there because they made sure I had permission to film on location.
Security is great there I love how they have so many check in points! What was your favorite amenity?
