Why does their victory plan need to be presented to the US? It’s their people that need a victory plan. I know they rely on US weapons, but if they are going to win this war, they have to win it from within.
Their "Victory plan" is basically begging the US and their pet terrier in London to launch deep strikes into Russia in the Ukie's name and act as AA like they did when Iran launched the massive barrage against Tinyhattistan. It's both pathetic and utterly mad.

What you are talking about was a vague proposal from one side - Russia.
There was no explanation at all of how future peace would be kept, nor a whole raft of details on territories and occupied civilian areas.
Assuming agreement was possible on something like that proposal - which is by no means certain - there were many weeks of back and forth ahead.
So Ukraine's victory plan is something extremely big that Ukraine can't do it alone and had to be passed on to the US. I hope Zelensky is still sane enough not to trigger a nuclear war because the bunch in Washington DC is definitely will run with that.

To be honest, it was mater attack. US provided the target, the timing, AD info and Ukraine just sent drones. This was planned for a long time. This was not an ammo dump for any unit in Ukraine. it was no 107 which should tell you how many they have. most of the stuff destroyed was old soviet weapons. Ukraine has tried and failed to hi the dumps that the Russian use for Ukraine. Another PR stunt.

Elynski's peace plan - I see no way how that is not going to be WW3 and then world peace (and yes, sarcasm here). I just see no idea how he thinks that works out. There is no way that explosion was caused by 'stored' ammunition or missiles. Anyone who has seen a ammunition depo know that its split into multiple units each protected by heavily reinforced outer and inner walls and blast proof doors, and designed to take bomb or missile damage. Multiple strikes on a single unit might be able to break through those walls and ignite the contents, but the individual storage units are spread apart so that if one unit goes up it should not affect units nearby.
I suspect its a case that ammunition or weapons were stored above ground and possibly some blast door were left open. Even if this is the case I would expect most of the ammunition stored in this facility to have survived intact. The explosion looks seriously impressive on video but if most of the ammunition or missile stored had gone off we would be looking a craters and everything for hundreds of metres around being totally levelled.
According to many reports the Russians are using up to 10,000 artillery shells and bombs A DAY (at least 5x more than the Ukrainians). A facility like that would barely be capable of holding a few weeks worth. The Russians have literally hundreds of these weapons stores.
Whatever it was a great PR coup for the Ukrainians but it will make little or no difference to the collapse of the Ukrainian front lines.

There is no victory plan, and if there was the US and UK would have seen it already.
Those missile the Ukrainians want to use to strike inside Russia are Nuclear capable (a tactical nuclear warhead can be used).
There is absolutely no way Russia will accept their use under any circumstances. How do the Russian differentiate a missile that is carrying a conventional warhead and one that is carrying a tactical nuke? They cant, so will assume the worst, just as any other nuclear military power would, including the US, French and UK.
If there really was a victory plan it would have to involve nuclear weapons as that only way to defeat a country which possesses nuclear weapons. After all that is the main premiss of Nuclear Deterrent, you cant defeat me as I have Nukes, you can only defeat me by using nukes, but in turn I will destroy you.
This is just another PR stunt by Zelensky to buy time. Problem for Zelensky is now the Russians will believe that he would be willing to escalate this war to the maximum which will mean any offering of peace or negotiations by him would automatically have be viewed with extreme scepticism making it harder not easier for the Ukrainians to end this war.

other sites have done more research. There are satellite images of enormous numbers of Grad rockets piled outside the bunkers on the ground. no bunker protects munitions that are stored outside them on the ground.
This munition storage site was revamped a few years ago precisely incorporating bomb proof shelters. Unfortunately as happened before in this conflict and what historically doomed battle-cruiser Hood in WWII and other British ships in the WWI naval Battle of Jutland, was the bad habit, contrary to established procedures, but probably consented by officers for sake of higher rate of fire; of storing munition and cotton power near the guns and avoid the nuissance of cutting down the trips through the elevator ... The con is that when an enemy shell striked, there was a magnifying effect with fatal results.
If true, I can predict some unfortunate fallings from windows in the RF coming up.

If you look at a map it seems more likely it was launched from states bordering that region which will mean nato territory was used to launch it.

Willy dont be stupid. The video you saw is a normal explotion in any war. Even your over exageration of the exploding armos is the best bideos the Ukrainians can show of the event and what I see is not a giant Crater but rather negligible damage. The Facility is still opperational and the element of surprise is lost and the Russians will take action to mitigate the new weapon's efffectiveness going formard which might include a perimeter decimation strike if necessary. The Ukrainian attack was a poorly thought of Idea of how to fight a war. You should never fight someone stronger than you when they are at their strongest. You fight them when they are sick.

Saw newer satellite pictures and looks like the underground storage areas made it out fine, the main explosion seems to be the open storage area to the left. bet they store the more important stuff underground.

A 10-20k ton bomb blown on the ground would not have the effect you’re saying; it only does if it goes off in the air to maximaise the devastation. A 10-20k ton ground explosion would have the same effect as we see in the video. Russia even has a 32k ton or 23k ton non-nuclear bomb, just to remind everyone.
There is no such thing as a 23kt non-nuclear bomb. That’s the same as more than 7500 FAB 3000’s.

This storage depot hit combined with the ones apparently hit in Mariupol last night will hopefully leave their mark.
And if Ukraine can identify the ammunition storage of the ships of ammunition from North Korea which Budanov said recently they've been tracking... And keep hitting the storage facilities.. that definitely will have an effect un Ukraine's favor..

it was report by the Norwegian gov that the Norwegian National Seismic station reported earthquake 3,5 on the richter scale after the blast inside Russia so this ammo blast must have been most of Russia ammo that was stored inside the facility's as when it detonated it created an earthquake so lager the Seismic station in Norway picked it up !! So this was a devastating lose for Russia for sure !!
There was a lot, but "most" is unlikely.
20kt is not THAT much considering how much explosives are used in war, still quite significant but it's not majority of anything.

Russia had been moving ammo from dumps closer to Ukraine to this one for weeks now to move them out of range of storm shadow and atacms ..,this was way more than one ammo dumps worth ..it was supposed to supply Russia the next 18 months so no you're incompetent

@lukeamato423 Recent satellite images show most of the concrete bunkers are untouched, the blast dividers protected most of them from going up, 8 in one area definitely got vaporized that's what that mushroom cloud was.

There is the old section with open air ammo storage and the new section with bunkers. The old section took the brunt of the damage as well as two(?) bunkers in the new section. Just my guess, Tochka missiles(retired) blew up with some secondary loss. IMHO the only way this helps Ukraine is if Russia starts running out of Iskander missiles.
