@@lawbinsonSame here. I am actually not the biggest fan of the direction that this music style is going. I will take quirky synths, distinct layers and clarity of Mica's vocals, like in 'Secrets', over noise pop and lofi chaotic grungy art rock. Needless to say, 'Image" remains my favourite single from Imaginal Disk right now. I do get the need (?) to experiment and grow (?) as an artiste by expanding their sonic palette though, but I hope they understand where their strengths lie and keep to a 75-25 ratio, 75 being playing to their strengths and 25 being having fun and trying new things. This feels like the equivalent of 'You Lose!', a track I don't repeat much from Mercurial World, but I think I prefer the latter more.
