Have a stove like that they are great for emergency use or camping and a can lasts a good bit with one. Also have propane ones but the butane burns a bit hotter than propane. The pot looks cool will have to check one out to see if they are worth it over say a pressure cooker. Those little CRKT neck knives do come in handy. Thanks for the great vid and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable
thanks for watching. I was fairly impressed with the pan. it is very lite weight, and when we were on our way out with it, I had utensils, and seasonings and such inside it, so it helped with packing. in the months since this video was shot, Jack and I have used it several times.
Pretty slick! I've seen the CanCooker in the store but never tried one, glad to see they work well. Those little butane burners are great. I've used them for decades as a chef (usually set up for omelet stations) and they work well. I keep one in a case along with a bunch of the butane cartridges for emergencies and occasionally for camping.
I have one of those pots in the back of my truck for part of the I.N.C.H. kit I have never used. I thought I wanted to go hang a hammock in the trees back there...until the dude from "SCREAM" ran behind you @5:09 and changed my mind. 🤣 You guys have a great week out there, brother. I hope you are feeling better.
where I live, you never know what will run past. I hardly even notice it anymore. if you ever get up this way, I will tell you some great places to hang a hammock
since this video, I have used my can cooker several dozen times, and still like it. I do use chicken broth a lot, gives a really nice kick to the food. thanks for watching.
sorry it took so long to respond. he is a very good friend of mine, but he is very private. in the past mentioning people that gift things has occasionally opened them up to a lot of spam messages.
All veges are supposed to go in first. Any meat is the last thing to go in on top of everything in the Can Cooker.
That's a pretty cool cooker! Thanks for the demonstration. Great video 👍
thank you for watching. Jack and I have gotten several good lunches off of this set up since the day we filmed this.

Gee, you'd think they would put instructions in with each CAN COOKER. There is something like a book but now if I could only read!!!
