- Claire and Carmen show off their Halloween costumes before heading to school. Clay takes Teri to finally have her wisdom teeth removed. She has been putting this off for quite a while because of how much she hates the dentist or having her teeth worked on. Dad has a hard time seeing mom in pain because its typically him that's having surgery. Hopefully mom recovers quickly!

I was in my 30s when done but due to cost I did it in stages. Uppers were easy, quick and little recovery pain. Bottoms one was OK but the last one got infected. Worst pain having my mouth cranked open so surgeon could cut and irrigate the infection. Recovery was quick after that.

Was her recovery bad? I'm 28 and have two upper wisdom teeth where the roots are in my sinus cavity. They are impacted. They cause sinus issues so I have to get them out. I'm scared
No sucking on straws or smoking, or spitting even when brushing teeth, for like 3 days. You may run the risk of dislodging the forming clot. You don't want a dry socket, believe me!

I had one of my wisdom teeth out at 42 yrs, I think it had a hole the size of Montana. Way to hard to reach in the back to keep clean. Second one removed at 49. Walter Melon, and Ima Gonner?? You live in an interesting world....
