Let me give u some advice don't eat noodles or spaghetti I ate that on my first day and almost choked to death since I couldn't chew 😭

Heyy! So I’ve had braces for a little over 2 years. I’m getting them off really soon. Some tips: BRUSH GOOOD I’m getting mine off early because of my brushing, I have a tiny gap! Also if the wire is poking in the back TELL THEM ! Don’t say, “no it’s not poking” when it actually is. I did that once and it hurt so I had to go back the very next day. Final tip: get dark colors to make your teeth look whiter !!

don’t be scared it doesn’t hurt just don’t eat solids for a good 2-3 days☺️

Me personally my braces didn’t hurt unless I tried to eat the first few days with them, I think it’s because I just have a gap while for some people they have crowded teeth which would hurt more while the teeth start to shift so since you just have a gap like me you’ll be fine!

I currently have spacers in for my expander. The spacers hurt so bad for the first couple days. This is day 3 and jts finally not hurting as much. I'll come back to this video when I get braces and answer some questions on this video to help some people from another person's perspective. Byeeee

Hey!! So I'm getting braces here soon. Mine cost about $6000 but I am also getting am Expander so it might be different for you. My parents are doing the payment plan paying monthly or so. Hope the helps!

no girl sorry but I can tell you how it went, they take pictures of your teeth and do a X-ray, put this bonding stuff on ur teeth and get to business. It doesn’t take to long maybe 30 mins to actually put on the braces

I love this I also have a gap and I’ve been very self conscious about it and it’s so hard to find people with gaps get braces so just seeing this makes me feel like I’m not alone ❤
