American in Paris Bass Clarinet Solos

  • These are the two big bass clarinet solos in Gershwin's An American in Paris. First read through with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic at their rehearsal on Thursday, February 12, 2020 at the Pikes Peak Performing Arts Center. At the beginning of the second excerpt you can hear the beautiful sounds of their fabulous principal clarinetist Sergei Vassiliev. First orchestra performance using my new Selmer-Paris Privilege Model 67B (black) bass clarinet and my royalty purple bass clarinet strap.

      To be fair rap is still music. You may not consider it nice music. But it’s music nonetheless.

      Lol that's something very different. It gives you a very different vibe. The same is with all other genres.
