This Chilli Fry recipe is made using the Black Sea Shells called Khube, Khubas or Konge. I have shown how to boil and clean and remove the flesh from the shells to be used to make this chilli fry recipe. These shells are available during the monsoon and are very tasty to eat too.
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
1 Cup of Khube/Konge/Khubas - Flesh Part
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Large Onion - Sliced
1 Large Tomato - Sliced
Few Curry leaves/Curry patta
2 to 3 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1/2 Tsp Haldi/Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Jeera/Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder (optional)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 Tsp Salt - adjust accordingly
Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing
