May i know how do you manage to seperate into layers? Mine just sinked right after i poured in the second layer, and so i have to make a swirl out of that.😂
@@clarissetan It depends on how thick your white mixture is. And it is supposed to sink in a little to give it a nice marbling effect ;) I made this cake multiple times as well and in sometimes, my white mixture wasn‘t stiff enough, so before adding it into the pan, I mixed it again until it was thick enough and then pour it into the pan. And then the second layer on top. But if you want it to be clean straight layers, then put your cake in the fridge for about 10 minutes before you add the second layer. Hope this helps ;)

For the Oreo Cookie Crumb, just double up on the base to get two cheesecakes. I used 4 cups of ground oreo cookie for two cakes.

I baked this cheesecake! It tasted good, but I ended up having a huge crack on the top! I tried to hide it with the Nutella topping, but it was still a bit obvious. Also, I had this huge edge on the top. I don't know how you got the smooth flat top!
This looks insanely good. However, I would leave the middle in the Oreo's and cut back on the sugar in the cream cheese mixture by at least a third cup. Just a thought to saving a step. Love your channel.:o)

But When I read the comments people keep saying the mixture was runny. Was it for you too? And how long does this really take to set? Can I use a blender to whip the cream? How whipped should it be? And did your Oreos burn at 180?
I baked my Oreos on 150 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes. Mixture was funny and I mixed everything using the hand mixer. I baked it for 42 minutes,it was a bit wobbly in the middle,opened the oven door a little and left it to set for 1 hour. Hope it helps 😊 Good luck.

I mixed all the ingredients using hand mixer. as far as cream is concerned you should whip it to soft peaks. the mixture was a bit runny but that's I think how it is supposed to be. I baked my cheesecake for 42 minutes,it was a bit wobbly in the middle and after leaving it in the oven with opened door it set wonderfully. the trick is not to overbake it. if that happens the cheesecake will be too dense. hope it helps __ 😊good luck!

This looks insanely good. However, I would leave the middle in the Oreo's and cut back on the sugar in the cream cheese mixture by at least a third cup. Just a thought to saving a step. Love your channel.:o)

I use Oreos as the base for another cheesecake that I make. I think I will skip the step of removing the cream. There's no need to in my opinion.

Please could you help me out with this? I need to make my husband a cake for his bday (first one after marriage) and I need to be perfect. But When I read the comments people keep saying the mixture was runny. Was it for you too? And how long does this really take to set? Can I use a blender to whip the cream? How whipped should it be? And did your Oreos burn at 180?
I baked my Oreos on 150 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes. Mixture was funny and I mixed everything using the hand mixer. I baked it for 42 minutes,it was a bit wobbly in the middle,opened the oven door a little and left it to set for 1 hour. Hope it helps 😊 Good luck.
As far the cream is concerned,it should have soft peaks,don't over whip it,the mixture might get grainy.

I baked my cheesecake for 42 minutes,it was a bit wobbly in the middle and after leaving it in the oven with opened door it set wonderfully. the trick is not to overbake it. if that happens the cheesecake will be too dense. hope it helps __ 😊good luck!

Luana Costa Maybe you can find ricotta cheese to substitute? It works great too. Cream cheese is actually fresh cheese, maybe you can try various local fresh cheese and see which one works best.
