This is probably gonna get deflected by the humble shields, but to me, this is like watching Hendrix making nerdy guitar videos about what he's experimenting with at the moment hahahah. Amazing. Makes me want to pick up a guitar and learn.
Fun story, After listening to All them Witches pretty extensively a while back, I wanted a Big Muff and eventually found Stomp Under Foot on the Does it Doom channel and ended up getting the La Scatola Nera, which I then found out after the fact that it was a signature pedal of yours. I fricken love this thing.
Had no idea the guitarist for ATW had his own channel ! Loved this band since "Our Mother Electricity". I'm obsessed with this music. They have surpassed every one of my favorite bands since I first called a band "my favorite band". 🤘
The same here! Unfortunately I've been missing All them witches concerts for several reasons. But I'm kind of obsessed too, and with King Buffalo for some time now too! Greatings from Portrugal!
My two favorite bands! Thanks for doing the comparison. It's very interesting to hear you talk about how you fit in the mix with ATW, I personally really admire how each of you exists in your own sonic space and yet always mesh so well together. I can't wait to see y'all for the 4th time live 🤘
Got my silverfish today, it sounds more like a superfuzz than a muff iI think. Elements of the octave up are always kinda there. It’s Rad. Thanks for the demo, and thanks for turning me on to King Buffalo
I was definitely thinking “why not get both halfway through.” Saw you guys in Phoenix this past year and you killed it. It was phenomenal seeing you play up close at a smaller venue in Phoenix, but very cool seeing you play in a well lit video too. I didn’t know you had a channel. Can’t wait for you guys to come back, and more tutorials please (Talisman!!!). Thanks for the video!
Great comparison and such badass pedals. Saw King Buffalo at Burning Man this year and Sean told me about the Silverfish. Mine is arriving this week! 🙌
Thank you and Matt for the Bucket of Blood. Got mine this last batch and it hasnt left my board. Been inspiring new writing for my bands 2nd album. Cheers from Boston
I think I need a silverfish for my p90 guitar. Epic playing and a pleasure to see you in dortmund this month, ben! Would this stack well with a Jam rattler infront (instead of BD2?)
Hi Ben, i was wondering if you're using any other pedal in that chain. maybe a noise gate? also do you remember if the amp was already a bit dirty or completely clean? thank you!
Ben, thanks for doing this and so glad I am able to work with great people like you and Sean.
@@Willemguitar Glad you like it.
As a huge fan of both bands, really sad I didn't hear about these! How about another run 🤩
If it comes back in stock or you have any laying around, I'd buy!!!!
I looked on reverb everyday for the bucket of blood for months and finally got one. It's 1st in my chain and can get ATW tones
When worlds collide: Ben rips a Smashing Pumpkins riff. Great review and naturally, I want both pedals.
Also, turns out I was playing Funeral wrong.

Holy Bucket of Blood and Silverfish!!!! That ending was amazing! Thanks Ben for doing this. Killer demo!

Damn, hope he makes more. Had no idea this was coming out

Smashing pumpkins at 12:00 put a smile on my face
Silverfish: cleaner. Bucket of Blood: meaner. Both bands are great and each pedal seems to suit the bands they are in. Great video

Just saw King Buffalo live last week and they sound so good live. Love both these pedals. PS, Love 1x1 something fierce, just a stellar track.
Man you guys need to tour with King Buffalo again! Also I could listen to you shredding all day. Love the content Ben!
They both sound so good. Your bucket of blood pedal looks really cool. Probably gonna have too get both
This is worth watching solely to hear you rip on that thing. They both sound fantastic. This was awesome.
Oh...man!!!!! What a video. Thank you so much! Keep them coming and making music, man! Cheers!

Enjoy!
Awesome video just when King Buffalo release another album that's another killer!
HEAVY. These sound so good man
Shut!! That bucket is so rad!!

What's the band's name? I am originally from Boston.
@@StompUnderFoot (didn't realize my comment kept getting deleted do to a link LOL) dope you're from here too! Our band is called Witch Cake.
@@paperhanger29 Sounds great. Glad to see O'Briens is still there.
"That's a pissed off fuzz pedal" 😄🤘
Great video, explanation and ending.
"Why would you ever have the gain all the way down?" Truth
The Maestro circuit is the only Fuzz that is cool dialed way back.
Sold. Both - the albums and the pedals! xD
18:35 I want to play this at the next open mic
thanks Ben really great video
Awesome video man

Gut initial reaction, that low end breakup is superior at the very beginning of the bucket of blood riff
Both sound great! Curious of the tuning on that guitar during the demo? Thx.
D standard
Love it
Silverfish for the win imo

go Ben!
Bucket feels warmer
Hey ben, what happened to the Alabaster pedal, do you still use that?
As far as I know, Ben has been using the Silverfish since he did this video.
It was nice to hear from Siamese Dream
Both but Bucket is more fuzzy!
Where’s parks at ? 😢
do they plan to restock Bucket of Blood?
Check Instagram
just did
Is it a good choice for worship music?
it's a must have for Satan worship!
@@floatingcoffin Ha, I'll take two please.
I want my pedal to be both of these pedals in one unit. I'd call it "The Confuckulator"
Not sure about the name but this may happen.
