Brother, been there I'm still on the get back. They say if you take it easy 1 day, It takes 3 hard days to get back where you was. That's why I go at it as hard as I do. You can tell by them big dirt mounds in the background of my videos. lol. And I got results i WENT FROM 220 TO 163 that is just weight. I breath better whole nine yards. Hang in there.
