You ever considered getting one of those cheap pump up yard Chem sprayers work wonders for dealing with small fires I keep one in tractor along with fire extinguisher when cutting and baling hay I've put out a few hot bearing fires with the 2 gallon sprayer it's now my go to whenever I'm haying or cutting grinding and welding if your paying attention a little water goes a long way kind of surprising how big of fire you can put out with just 2 gallons of water. Great videos keep up the good work. 👍👍👍

Nice workmanship very old school over here in the UK we would probably have used a plasma cutter or a disc cutter over gas and a MIG welder not Stick but all credit to you and your skill

What I do is make a 2mm cut with the 9" grinder slitting disc that way the metal is clean also you can follow if the chalk line gets wet!!

    Hi Ethan.
For cutting the square tube, what could be the difference in working time from "as is" to "cut, prep and ready to weld" between using the torch versus the cutting disk on the grinder?
    Thanks for your great videos.
Already waiting for the next one.

Sorry taking so long to respond. That’s been an age-old debate torch versus cutting disc or plasma cutter. I would say it it all has to do with what you’re fooling with. I would say quarter inch material tube pipe plate it doesn’t matter grinder is going to win unless it’s in a place you can’t get to plasma does better on long stretches, and hard to reach places. And if the thickness is greater than 3/8 of an inch torch wins every time. Torch is cheaper to run than plasma or grinder. It’ll cut unlimited thickness given the right tip and pressures. Torch has the highest learning curve it takes years kind of like stick welding.
