Andy I live in Australia and the show junkyard Empire doesn't play anymore and it's a shame because it was and still is one of my favorite shows to watch however I've found it on other streaming platforms.

I know it was just entertainment but I loved this show,all the original characters.
Like the yard. I do road side but have always wanted a salvage yard. I have the plan. Next to no money. I’m going to need a yard. What would you recommend to start. 2bay 2acres min? I want to also warehouse the parts but that’s a build into thing. I spoke with an older gentleman that was a customer he did metal recycling 67 years. Kids now running the biz he was 91. He said the best advice he could give me was the market will dictate what you do. I’m so slow with road side and I subcontract with CAA and AXA. Have a 97 f350 that a picked a wheel lift up for, will build that this summer. No garage yet need to finish foundation on house first. Thanks any advice will be appreciated.
Finding a preexisting yard is your best bet. I see them in recycler magazine for sale all the time. This will definitely be your best bang for the buck.
That was defiantly a Chrysler corp car not a Studebaker either Desoto Chrysler etc. depending on year 331 354 392's came later in the Hemi world but years of body should tell you what size

I know I've asked this before but I'm always curious if your showroom at Damascus Motors could possible have been Damascus Ford way back in the '60s? We lived in Beltsville/College park back then and my Dad bought several Fords at Damascus Ford.....he always felt that he got a better deal by driving out of town to buy vehicles....

Everyone is still at the yard. Tim did retire and is doing well.
