I had that same Fred Flintstones style roof on my 86’ Yamaha G1. I can’t tell you how many times I hit my head on it getting in. I’m sure a few were pretty comical for any witnesses. Great find, biggest expense will be the new batteries. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it.
i had one like that when i was a kid , reliable old thing , id like to find another one some day , i hope to have it running by the end of the week , then i have the challenge of getting all the ugly off and trying to get my money back out of it lol
@@jasontevepaugh, I love it. Mine is gas powered. Every time I think the old girl is done, I seem to find a way to breathe life back into her. The supports for the roof finally snapped and were unfixable. Definitely my fault, I drive it like somebody’s chasing me most of the time. I think the biggest expense for me was the new seats. I splurged when I upgraded to some soft high back tractor seats...100% worth it. Good luck with your project, if you got questions, post here. I’ll help if I can

yeah sorry about that , its been one thing after another over here , between funerals , vehicle issues , family drama , and the winter storm that rolled through and cut everyones water and power for a few days , i havent had much time to make a video , glad to hear you made the move cant wait to see your adventures in hawaii .

It was a 1999 yamaha blaster , and i have no idea what brand plastics it had on it , i got no information from the previous owner , typical spoiled rich kid had it , had no idea what it was or how to use it he thought it was a banshee lol
