I’m going with 5:10 😬😅, not sure about that, but I’ll certainly make great use of it as I’m a U23 that’s under confinement in Spain. Thanks for the videos 😁.
Not knowing the sensitivity or accuracy of the Leomo sensors, the smoothing applied to the raw data and whether you set yourself a goal or practiced this for longer this is a hard guess. Can one adjust the sensitivity? What happens when you go out of the saddle? My guess is that you can hold a dead sport score of 0.0 (probybly at a low-ish intensity) for 20:56 min.
Thanks for the chance to win! Presuming the 0/0 is the little dead spots on the graph above? 12 seconds is the longest. Good luck and hope you can get back to racing as soon as it's safe.
I think with some core work I could stay on this one for around 5 minutes first go, and slowly build up to 45 minutes. I have steered clear of them for a round 10 years as I came off but that was due to imbalance and not being patient with learning how to ride rollers. 🚴♀️
I am going with 25 seconds. I have a question.can you please let me know what do you prefer for a beginner who is getting into cycle races. Should i go with a Fluid trainer or a Roller ? What to get started with. Thank you.
21:46, totally random hahaha...well if you are asking, it means that leomo was helpful and gave you great improvements, but I don't know what can be considered a great improvement is in those terms 😆
BTW Adam at 05:19 did you really have such a big difference in dss at 9 and 27. I suspect mine would be similar with a bad score on my none dominant leg (Left). The Leomo must be such a great tool for reducing these.
gunna go for 3:27 I think it would be really hard to get a perfect score for a long time. As usual great vid, going to dig my rollers out of the spare room. Been using Kickr instead, but keen to polish the pedalling technique, and not be lazy :)
1h 29m other than that, i see you have quite significant ankle movement, in spite not big force on the pedals (since on the rollers). any idea? i know you don't like it, agree with it, but it think it's just normal to have certain ankle movement, it's part of normal pedaling - my opinion. (would like to tell you more about it, but not here since it's part of my secrets) thank ya & have a good ride! ;-)
Three minutes and twenty-one seconds. (3:21) Great video by the way. I was just contemplating getting one of these. THE GCN people said it was a wrong idea during a Q&A session. I am glad that you somewhat disagree.
Ahh so that's what you use the Ploxygen Machine for then :-) Again unsure if I can enter but I've never used rollers in my life. I'll say 10 seconds on the dot.
Beautiful roller. Nice to see the way you put your seatpost and seat angle on your bike. No idea about the question.

Thanks for the giveaway! With so many dead spots in one rotation, I'm thinking it's near impossible to be perfect for more than 3 seconds. Cheers!

Thanks for the giveaway, great bit of kit. Not sure you can get zero zero for long so I am going 7 minutes.
