Awesome video! Sad thing the rider could not stay aero for longer than 10 sec

Seems like the ideal sensor to pair with aerotesting particular with the new sensors like Notio (but also in the velodrome or wind tunnel) to help maintain positions whilst other variables are changed.

What a great contribution Adam! Do you think this same system could be used to verify that the helmet is in a low position? (by placing a Leomo IMU sensor on top of the helmet)

Thanks Adam. Could you do a video of narrowing the shoulders when using regular road handlebars? After narrower handlebars, is the next step to tilt the levers in but watch not to be sticking the elbows out? Any other suggestions?

Hi Adam, love your work; can I ask a question that is physiology related? Some time ago I was doing a long climb in a Sportive and I was on the bars inside the hoods. Someone shouted to me to go on the hoods as this would expand my chest, which would improve respiration. Your narrowing the shoulders would appear tp have the opposite effect, so does keeping the angle you describe affect respiration?

I was just trying to practice this to understand you better. Like I took the deepest breath hold I could do and moved my shoulders in this direction Victor is doing and I did not feel I had to let the air out. Also, this is more the shoulders in a higher position. It's not directly inwards but a little higher inwards as you see the curve in Victors back. I do feel a little restriction in my respiration when I move my shoulder inwards in front of me, but this is not what the above example is doing.
However, if you wanted to measure the restriction in respiration then I would try maybe place a sensor on the inside of your shoulder(facing forwards) then you would see when the shoulders roll forwards to make it harder to breathe. I hope that helps!

Hi Adam, while in lockdown was going to experiment with rearward mounted cleats. If I go say 10 mm further back, do I lower saddle and bars by 10mm aswell? 👍

Hey Adam. How about LEOMO for overall fit? Can I send you a file for comment?
