She should be able to do what she wants to her own body without worrying what her sister thinks. Besides she’s not really changing features her sister has. She got her nose done and their noses were different from each other to begin with. They also both get filler and Botox. Their eyes are slightly differently shaped so the brow lift/ponytail face lift wasn’t the same before as her sister.

The unfortunate thing about continuously doing stuff to your face or body is the scar tissue build up. It makes it progressively more painful 😖
It also ages your skin faster
