It just means that the result is very natural, like she didnt get any surgery before and she was born like that
i think they mean that the result looks natural, and i agree. If you saw her in person without knowing what she looked like before, you wouldn't think she had any surgery done
They meant no obvious scarring or unnatural features, not that her looks hadn’t changed.
