You two are awesome to come and help out in the garden!! Looks like you two might become regulars of the GA family!! How did y’all like the pond area?? Pretty nice, huh? (As if I would know 😆😆) but I feel like I do! lol 😊♥️
I haven’t watched your channel in a while and I forgot how wholesome it is. The world needs more of this. That huge potato was amazing! Your son is growing up so fast! Great haul! Despite that groundhog. God bless you and your family! ❤🙏🏻🥰
Good morning, Laura☕️ I love the close up shots with no music as you were digging. Make mes feel like I’m right there with you helping, kinda😜 Have a Blessed Day 😊🐈🐈
I was watching season 2 of Garden Answer today to take my mind off of some bad news, I did a double take when I saw another Garden Answer video pop up. I think that maybe God sent another video to cheer me up. 🎃🍁🍂💚🙃
God is s good!!! He knows you love gardening and I believe He did that for you, as well! After all, He’s the best gardener! Praying for your healing after loss.
I was very nervous watching you worried that a gopher would jump out in the sweet potato area. You had a great harvest, and sweet potatoes are such a healthy option.
So glad the gopher only chose accommodations and not the "eat all you can sweet potato buffet!" So nice to have help, many hands make light work, especially when they are good friends. Interestingly, watching you begin to dismantle the cut flower garden stirs some excitement for hot tea and January garden planning! You are my inspiration.
I just saw that you have 1.82 M followers. How are you going to celebrate when you get to 2 M? Laura and Aaron deserve all the success with the help of their team. I look forward to the daily video and it it helps so much in some very stressful times. You lower my blood pressure!
Laura probably wouldn't think that digging sweet potatoes is exciting but I thought it was suspenseful. I kept waiting for a gopher to pop up! Nice haulm😊
Laura I love how wholesome you are even when you’re upset. “Rotten gophers!” This is why I can’t make gardening videos. My disappointment is marked with much more colorful curse words. Although, I have started saying “Mercy” now because of you. #BeMoreLikeLaura!
Hello GA Friends ~ First, FYI, MAHON is pronounced MAN (according to family members with that last name).🙂 So happy to see their Seattle friends helping out. Hearing Laura say how their assistance shortened the time required for the work brought to mind: MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK👍 Adorable, affectionate & obedient Russell loves his loving Laura-Mom! 💞😻 Laura's demonstrated work ethic & creativity is so inspirational. 🙌🌲🌷🌳🍃 Happy November, y'all!🦃🍂🍁
wow! how nice to have friends that love to garden!! looks like a great harvest; glad the gophers didn’t take them!! what a treat with the extra video 💕 🥰❤️thanks for the video! 🥰❤️
Can there be ANYTHING better? Sweet Russel, Benjamin helping like a trooper and friends working together on a beautiful fall day! Love love love. Question, I’d like to save my zinnias seeds. What is the timing? I live in zone four. Can the flowers tolerate a freeze?
We live in Cleveland, Ohio and somehow I get the weather you are having around the day you post your videos. I just lost my first dahlia’s to frost today! I got the dahlia’s specifically because of your dahlia tour of 2022, probably one of my all time fave videos you’ve done!!! Something about the beauty and variety of those flowers makes me want to cry. God is a master creator! The wonder and beauty He has given us through flowers; so much treasure I would have never discovered without your videos! Thanks for being my guide to everything beautiful in the Garden! & for tipping me off to the weather! ❤😊
🍂Good morning from southeast Michigan where we had a rainy/snowy night of trick-r-treating, but fun was had by all. So good to have a video watching you continue the cleanup, and to enjoy good friends helping you out. Enjoy a wonderful new month everyone 🧡🍁🍂🧡
You and Your Beautiful Family continue to be such a fascinating and creative inspiration to myself and so many across the globe! I wish you the very best of everything and many blessings for continued success! 🌻🧡🌿
I was watching GA on the big TV and my husband came in while Laura was pulling back the sweet potato vines and he said, “man she doesn’t mess around- she’s rough in those things”! But then he sat and watched 2 more videos with me! Laura doesn’t mess around - a very determined person!!
Great harvest of the Sweet Potatoes. They make a great addition to, or substitution for mash potato. Your property is every gardeners dream. Just love it. Thank you for sharing 🥰🍠🐈🌻
I thought the same thing. It was so cute that you got down low enough for Russell to run to you through the "tunnel " !!!😊 Thanks as always for being you ❤😊
Like judymckerrow commented, I've been watching Garden Answers constantly to get me through a rough time. It is so comforting. And I have to say, Aaron's filming and editing skills are incredible. Both of you never cease to amaze me! Happy Fall!
Here in Northern IL we just had our hardest freeze on Oct. 29th!! This is the latest we have ever been able to enjoy our flowers! Thank you for these wonderful and enjoyable videos, Laura & Aaron.
Yay! A great sweet potatoe harvest. Glad thr goghers didn’t decimate them -like deer and rabbits often do here in my 8b garden in south Seattle area. Great friends along with Benjamin and team work are the best!
Thank you Laura! I greatly appreciate the bonus footage!… you and your family are wonderful! What a great update. I especially love the focus on how important frost effects the summer annuals, it is indeed sorta sad. Thank you again for such amazing content! ❤
It sounds like you enjoy the change of seasons as much as I do, Laura. It never gets old! I have a friend who eats the sweet potato that develops from the decorative sweet potato vine we grow as an annual. He says it tastes quite a bit like the ones we grow as a food crop. Makes sense I guess!
It was 23 this morning here in Central Kentucky. My Suncredible Sunflowers will need to be pulled this week I think. They have been fabulous this year!
Good morning momma Laura today is November 1 🫣 loving that kneepad! What a successful sweet potato harvest hi Benjamin you’re going to love your mom when you get older for all the knowledge she’s introducing to you at a young age something we call life long memories 😃hey Russ! and family friends another good show take care
Thank you so much for all that you share. You embrace each season, and are always looking ahead, which has helped me to plan ahead for the upcoming season as well. I think about what I can plant that can be used for projects throughout the year, and using flowers, cones , and anything else that is visually interesting. I just read somewhere today that dahlia tubers are edible and quite delicious. Have you ever heard of this or would you be willing to try it? You go first!
Laura and Aaron, the larkspur that self-seeded can be categorized as a "cool flower". I grew seedlings last July or so and put them out in the fall, even some in November, zone 5b. The plants came back in spring and grew very tall! There's a popular book called Cool Flowers.
Hi! Iam from india,I love watching your videos they are amazing . You are so lucky to have nice land and your interest in farming amazing, i too love farming..
Will you please do more videos involving your cut flower garden next year? It is so robust. I know you had the thrip problem this year, but just even some occasional quick cuts for a bouquet at the end of a video? It’s such a magnificent garden.
That was a great harvest! I tried sweet potatoes for the first this year, and was so excited to see what came up! Overall we pulled in about 35lbs of various sized sweets, many of them somewhat long and ropey. Lots to learn still, but happy to see we could do it here in the Willamette Valley!
Such a universal reaction of Laura's excitement when harvesting and finding a wonderful crop of produce! Benjamin is a very good helper, too. In central WI we awoke to 4 inches of snow yesterday. It will melt and we'll be back at the cleanup today.....🤣
We've started status the past three years. Love it's frost tolerance. In the southern B.C. Rockies if you can get by the first couple of frosts we generally have a few good weeks before the snow sticks.
Laura, keep providing your viewers the facts. That is what I enjoy most about your channel, it is educational, and factual along with some serious gardening eye candy. Fan in Bozeman, MT
Hi Laura, I live in the UK and have an unheated conservatory, can you tell me what house plants will do well over winter and survive really cold snaps. I found your channel during lock down and have been hooked ever since. You've inspired me to try new plants and projects. We've built a greenhouse this year, a raised vegetable bed we've put in brick pathways and next year we're tackling the patio. My husband laughs everytime I come to him with yet another Laura/Aaron project I want to do. ❤
Well that was satisfying! Nice sweet potato haul. Great to have friends along to help and visit. Here's to all the friends out there! Have a great day! 🤗
Russell running through the tunnel just made me giggle! What a lovey kitty! ❤️🥰
Made me miss my ginger kitty
I am thinking Russell needs his own channel since we all love him so much! 😻
I love the way he comes when she calls him. ❤
🐈 meow!
I love that you left the camera on the ground. Could hear the roots ripping. Awesome sounds. 💙
The crackling sound of the roots popping up is so satisfying. 🌿
I was thinking the same thing! 😂
Love how Russel comes to you when you call. He’s a special kitty😻
You and Aaron are a gift to us!! Thank you for your hospitality and trusting us in your garden spaces ♥️
You two are awesome to come and help out in the garden!! Looks like you two might become regulars of the GA family!! How did y’all like the pond area?? Pretty nice, huh? (As if I would know 😆😆) but I feel like I do! lol 😊♥️

Praying for you, here in Spain ❤ may He comfort you and give you peace that only He can! May He surround you with His Presence ❤
May God hold you extra close right now. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Our Father in heaven knows your hurting, may you feel His love surround you and give you comfort. 🙏
I love harvest time of the year. The cooler weather comes and it’s refreshing to us gardens. Thanks for sharing 🧡🍁🎃🐈🍂
Awesome sweet potato haul. Great friends, fun times. Benjamin, the big helper!

I absolutely ADORE Russel. He is the sweetest!
Your friends are wonderful. I am happy to see your beds put to rest for the winter. They had a good run this summer.
Hi Laura, on your new property would be a great place to put some of those vibrant sumacs that you plan on digging out.
First frost! We here in de Michigan we got a dusting of SNOW Nov first!
Laura probably wouldn't think that digging sweet potatoes is exciting but I thought it was suspenseful. I kept waiting for a gopher to pop up! Nice haulm😊

Good morning everyone. In Chicago we had our first snow last night. It was so lovely near the lake.
So fun to see Benjamin just in there helping out! Great job for him to learn and contribute to the harvest! Love it!
Can there be ANYTHING better? Sweet Russel, Benjamin helping like a trooper and friends working together on a beautiful fall day! Love love love. Question, I’d like to save my zinnias seeds. What is the timing? I live in zone four. Can the flowers tolerate a freeze?

Good morning GA community! Our first frost came yesterday and still sad watching it all just melt away. Looking forward already to spring!
So happy you all had a bountiful harvest ☺️Give God the Glory! Enjoy your day! 🤗🍠👏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻
It’s the “mad hands” pulling the potatoes at the gopher run for me 🤣🤣🧡

As y'all were pulling the zinnia I thought what a beautiful compost pile that would make!❤
It makes me so sad when the beautiful flowers are gone but that's life, great video.
You work so hard, thank you for the updates. All the best from the UK 🇬🇧🇬🇧
Love watching this video as it is lightly snowing outside in western Massachusetts
I thought the same thing. It was so cute that you got down low enough for Russell to run to you through the "tunnel " !!!😊 Thanks as always for being you ❤😊
Russell is such a good boy, comes running when you call him for some rubs❤

Benjamin is such a precious child. 😘
What a dream it would be to get to grow, pick, eat, and give away all those sweet potatoes!!
Here in Northern IL we just had our hardest freeze on Oct. 29th!! This is the latest we have ever been able to enjoy our flowers! Thank you for these wonderful and enjoyable videos, Laura & Aaron.

Good evening from Kentucky! I love these members only! Learning so much! We hit our 1st 27 night, and my elephant ears did not like it! Lol 😂😅😢
Sweet potatoes are such a rewarding crop to grow. 😊
Two videos in one day!! Happy dance 💃!! I love sweet potatoes!!
So fun!! Thanks for the extra video today! Made my day!
We got our first snow ...last night during tricker treat time.

I love seeing these beautiful flowers!! Monica is so sweet!💕😊
It was 23 this morning here in Central Kentucky. My Suncredible Sunflowers will need to be pulled this week I think. They have been fabulous this year!
A sure way to tell sweet potatoes from yams is sweet potatoes are more rounded in shape while yams have the pointed ends.
Benjamin is becoming more and more helpful, he seems to have an interest in gardening and he'll take over for you when you are old and retired
Good chilly morning, 21 degrees in downtown Sedalia Missouri! Thank u for the video! I love your energy!
Even with the frost, your flowers still are pretty in a different way!
Thank you so much for all that you share. You embrace each season, and are always looking ahead, which has helped me to plan ahead for the upcoming season as well. I was on pins and needles after you found the gopher holes, but huzzah! The harvest seemed good!!!
So cute to see Benjamin right in there helping line up the sweet potato he’s going to be a big help as he gets older. Good job.
I love to see Benjamin's love of gardening coming out. What a great helper he is!
glad you had such a long growing season it truly is a gift😇
You inspire me so much to do things "bigger". Plant more, share more and to enjoy the process more. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😊

Fun day sharing chores with friends💜

So nice to have the natural sounds instead of music! It makes the watcher feel like they are there with you!
Good morning! Another project buttoned up for the season.

Good morning Laura! So good to have friends to help. Many hands make light work! Hugs from N.C..❤
Friends that will work in the garden? I want one!! Lol. Great harvest, as usual. Those artichokes are gorgeous!!
Good morning everyone! Nice harvest and lots of fun with great friends, shout out to Gabe and Kate! I need some in my life about now! Blessings 💞🤗💞
Always fun when you have help doing getting things done. Wonderful crop of sweet potatoes.
