It's easy when you have pretty new truck and it got a couple of weeks grime on it.
Right. Loose dirt on new paint. I must have missed the “as seen on tv” part. Maybe it’s so good they’ll double your order. Just pay shipping and handling.
This soap is hands down the best soap on the market period I use it in my business to wash everything from tractor trailers to cars
That’s really awesome to hear thank you!👏🍻❌😎🔥
The Noonan trucks have always been my favorites to see on the road
Cant wait to review these on my trucks I'm alwase pumped to see these new product releases
Blake Merckle Trucking I would love to get your feedback!👏🍻💯❌😎
Would you recommend this stuff or your heavy duty for heavy equipment cleaning? Mainly cleaning grease around pinned connections and the occasional hydraulic hose burst. Also does heat help during rinse?
I just got my first shipment of goodies from you an hour ago.. and you release this video..
Lol... I knew I should have waited..
I got a gallon of M-shine
Red-line and Liquid-❌..
I cant wait to try them🤘🏼🙏🏼👌🏼
gotta wait till April for the trucks to come back..at least I will be ready😁
The m shine and redline are awesome products
Lol no worries bud we won’t be releasing these until ya need a refill! Probably another 4-5 weeks out from release still🍻💯❌😎
Truck is Awesome,👌👍
Damn that's a fine looking star
Great job . Just a suggestion pick maybe 4 points and core drill some holes in the floor so you slide in a pipe . I would say maybe a 3 or 4 inch dia. one so you hose can slide around it and not get caught on the tires .
Oh that’s a cool idea to handle that issue I like that
Dang! Now that's clean!!!
Do you have a video of a surface or vehicle that is washed if a basic car soap, without scrubbing and with scrubbing as a comparison? What would this product do to a standard vehicle where the paint is important to keep in good condition. Would you wash a BMW with it for a extended period of time, or would it eventually give the clear coat issues ?
If a truck can be reasonably washed without scrubbing that’s cool, I’ll be a buyer for a small fleet.
That’s a cool idea I think that would be a solid comparison, I could keep it totally unbiased by using my liquidx mitt wash on its own vs Stars and Stripes
very impressive for sure!!
Thanks I’m excited to release these ones!
2 minutes in thinking….dang thats real cle…holy crap thats 12 days of Christmas!!
Lol 😂 Yeh this video is a bit out of season right now😁🍻❌
Like to see the same demo on an older paint finish that has a couple of months worth of work and road dirt. Good job on the new truck finish though...
Sure thing yeah next video is on a couple older black dodge rams that were washed last October
Cleanest Noonan truck I've ever seen
Thanks yeah these guys have a ton of trucks many of them are older but they do have some pretty nice newer trucks in the fleet at this point🍻❌💯
@@ChemX Oh I know the fleet, I fuel up my Mack at their West Bridgewater facility haha.
Now that is one dirty truck!!
Wayne Norbrey, Jr hahaha yeah I’m always on the lookout for a situation like this!
So where I keep my trucks theres alot of dust, we do recycled concrete crushing so I'm looking for something that will clean but also help with dust too. Does this help with dust control?
It does leave a lower static bond on the surface of any vehicle which would help not attract as much of the dust, but that’s a tough situation, the main advantage would be spending less time on each wash to get it on point 🍻❌😎
Anyone have insight on what to charge? Been doing vehicles, big rigs have more surface area requiring more product. Any help is appreciated, I’m mobile as well.
I want to try that product for my business but I don't have hot water on my pressure washer! Would I see the same results?
I used a cold water power washer in this video bud 😎💯❌
Do you have to brush the first couple of uses or is there a treatment you have to do to your vehicle first??? Maybe a minimum PSI pressure washer? We have been trying to test this at the fire station and also on personal vehicles but we have not figured out how to end up with a shiny clean truck. There is always still a film left. Not trying to knock the brand in any way, just trying to figure out how to use it right.
We have the 2 part touchless soap.
Give us a call on Monday bud we’re at 8006245403 I’m sure we can help ya figure out what the issue is, you shouldn’t have to brush to get the road film off, everyone starting at least 1500psi seems to get solid results.
Will do. We were running 2800 PSI and today we ran 3500 PSI
Way more than enough psi, be sure to rinse at about 6”-12” distance from the surface thoroughly and I’d double check your ratio of soap strength coming out of the cannon, film left over would mean the soap is coming out too lean
@@ChemX i mixed it 50/50 with water in the applicator. Does that seem correct?? I was rinsing at about 2 to 5 inches
Yeah way more than strong enough and close enough, and your applying the first step stars and then applying stripes right over it so they mix on the vehicle?
ChemX the Shiit, Mannn I wanna try this gtta get me some..
There was not pressure application of product to the roof. I've seen this w/ other 'Touchless' video's. Even the top of the sleepers there is no application of product. It looks pretty on the ground, what do the hard-to-reach places look like?
You have to hit the psi kinda hard to get the film off the roof so some places have a set of rolling stairs to get up high
I’d have to now park it until spring.
Nah just wash it again its like 15 minutes lol
OSHA would have a field day with this. No eye protection, or gloves using a pressure washer. Newish Everbright wheels getting clean is not a sign of great cleaner. And on a practically new truck.. you should do a video with one of the older trucks after a couple weeks winter service in Maine.
Eye protection and gloves are always a good idea I agree with ya. If you look through my videos I have a bunch of older and dirtier trucks with raw aluminum and several weeks of winter getting cleaned up, this was a pretty good one here: ua-cam.com/video/AIkImxt7Ufc/v-deo.html
What does 100:1 dilution mean? Can you educate me? Thanks
It means whats foaming onto the vehicle surface is 100 parts water, and 1 part soap, another way of looking at that would be called 1% soap injection
What town is ur shop in? I'm on the south shore
I’m in Agawam bud🍻❌💯
That is spit shine
Why not snow foam. Would think letting sit more would be good.
Yeah the foam quality on these initially was thinner than I wanted, we’ve amped up Stars like crazy since and Stripes is getting amped up as well very soon
The truck they wash operates out of my area!
Rt. 25 standish Maine
so
Does it strip waxes, sealants etc?
Waxes and sealants break down on their own over time, in my experience all soaps strong enough to get good results without physical contact would strip some wax along with the grime they are removing. If your goal is to preserve any coatings as long as possible I’d recommend our Liquid-X Polymer Wash and Sealant, it’s a neutral pH and is not touchless, but would speed up the process of waxing and also wash at the same time, and would also hold up better than wax in the interim while using touchless washes in between if your still looking to streamline your time
REESE WITHERSPOON IS THE MOM IN SING
powerful now you got to wax the vehicle I am sure that stuff stripped the wax off
Yeah wax wouldn’t hold up over time regardless, these guys just need the salt off and to keep their trucks clean at least once a week. If you want to preserve wax I’d roll with one of my neutral pH washes like LiquidX or Foam
Is there acid in that wash?
It’s a two stage wash so it’s a non etching acid presoak with an alkaline neutralizer
No spotting?
Spotting is caused by minerals in the water left behind when evaporated, main thing is if you have hard water to dry the vehicle after
Impresive video but he fails to disclose how much this wash cost which is paramount! Is it economical? I've used soaps that work good but are over priced and some cheap soaps that you could drink. Where we are with this cost wise is a must know. How about breaking down the cost per diluted ounce then how many ounces were used on this wash.
Thanks bud yeah I don’t have a final price until the last touches are done, still have to factor in the scents and dye as well as some nicer foaming agents. I would anticipate roughly $5-$7 per wash on a full big rig with trailer ideally, that of course depends on how you move and what GPM your equipment is, I can say it’s a 100:1 blend, hope that helps!😎🍻💯❌
@@ChemX would you say it's roughly 3 quarts for this truck wash?
pro2a never yield so at the 1:24 mark is where I started drawing soap in the video, and I coated half the truck in about 45 seconds, overall I spent about 3 minutes foaming total between both steps. The power washer injector was set to 100:1 dilution, on a 3.5gpm spec, which would be just about 4.5 ounces per minute draw rate. So about 13-15 ounces total soap used to wash this truck no trailer 🍻😎💯❌
pro2a never yield oh also on cost this customer buys by the 55g drum which is the most cost effective, this wash was $1.50 to the customer
What does 100 to 1 means as far as chemical to water
I wonder how much of that expensive chemical you used up to do one truck
This system draws at about 2-3 ounces per minute, in drum form the soaps run about 10 cents per ounce, and about 10-15 minutes of foaming like I did here is actually a bit excessive. The soaps are super condensed which may look expensive at first glance, but this wash ended up costing about $1-2, the savings in labor actually adds up much much further.
Why isnt foam thicker
The foaming agent used at the time wasn't the best thickness I felt it could be much better as well, I've modded the first step Stars to be way better at this point and I'm wrapping up another mod to amp up Stripes currently.
Hi
Still have to manually use brush or else its a fake out no way around it.
It’s a maintenance wash it’s a shortcut to save time on large vehicles, mitt washing always has a place
I'm sorry but the music was awful lol. The truck on the other hand...it looked fabulous. Many thanks.
Lol, yeah I cringe a bit when I hear this music myself now I don’t think I’d choose it at this point hahahah
How can I obtain a sample?
I don't offer samples but I do make all my stuff available in small sizes starting at 32oz
@@ChemX sweet! Where do I need to visit here to buy?
Thank you I appreciate that yeah this is the soaps right here!: www.chem-x.com/products/stars-stripes-touchless-combo-packs
@@ChemX thanks brother!
In india cost of Painting is cheaper than washing in US...
😂
Keep showing these videos and you don’t even sell the products yet.
I'm sharing my test results as I develop these products in real time.
Nice job but music sucks 😕
I agree actually lol
@@ChemX Who picked the Big Band version of "The 12 Days of Christmas"?
I would nevr let you do my truck because you don't no how to put sop on the top of the truck FIRST and work your way down because water flows down hill because water flows down hill and you rinse from the top down because water flows down hill
Soap should be applied bottom to top so that it doesn’t streak, touchless washes also get best results when rinsing bottom up, it’s about getting better results, if you just want to save time top down rinse is fine. As far as me washing your truck, I didn’t invite you😂🤷♂️
Dang! Now that's clean!!!
