Why does everyone want to use phones for things like this? I use Debian, not Android. Will I ever be able to use FUTO ID? I'm also a bit worried about anonymous accounts - if the users who vouch for me are known, it doesn't seem too difficult to narrow down to a few options. Even without that feature though, it is definitely worthwhile - or would be if it would run on my machine.
I feel like this is the biggest issue with some of the projects Futo supports, like Grayjay, which have a dependency on Google Linux (Android), instead of something like Alpine Linux(Desktop)/PostMarketOS(Mobile).
I think the most important thing this could bring is the verification of real humans on the internet, keep up the good work guys!
Cool technology, but curious why change the name from Harbor to Futo ID.
Probably too vague for what the role is
There's a few open source projects with the name Harbor. Plus it doesn't really capture the intended use case. FUTO ID is kinda perfect.
Not sure how I feel about the verification system but it seems like a very cool application regardless

Thats great, except the social circles that do verification or checks, if logged, are still vulnerable to de-anonymization.
What about FUBS?
im gonna come
Done.
this will flop, i can see the flaws
