Please make a rear mounting cover/rack so the pillion seat can be removed to create a single seat bobber look. IMHO this bike is absolutely crying out for such an item.

Another great video. My demo bike in Thailand had the touring screen fitted and found it made the bike suffer alot with turbulent air buffeting greatly my helmet made worse by the fixing arrangement. That smaller fly screen will be 10p% better in both looks and performance.
@@artiecisneros4691 The touring screen looks good but the design of the mounts gives the screen some flex which I found increased the turbulence and even at slower speeds it buffed me around quite a lot. cI have a smaller screen fitted to my Triumph Bonneville T120 and my Triumph 1200 Scrambler and both offer surprisingly amounts if protection with little to no buffeting and look good too
@@andrewturner4728 thank you for replying, that helps alot. I also have a small screen, universal, not Royal Enfield and seems to work. Thanks again. 😊
Great question but due to the relatively low seat height it may make your legs quite cramped if they get moved back to far. I'd love to see a scrambler version of this bike as the engine is superb.
Thank you for the intro of accessories. I tried getting a touring screen, bar end mirrors and different pegs for my Fireball here in San Diego, CA but there is nothing here in the US.
I'm in San Diego too, torn between this or the Himalayan as think I prefer the look of the Fireball but I like the idea of packing the Himalayan up and heading up north or into the desert for a couple of days when it's cooler and having the ability to do some mild offroad trails.
Wish they had just built a Bullitt 500 with the new over head cam motor. 40 HP and more torque would be perfect. 20 HP? Just not enough to tour freeways, 2 up etc.
As Classic Rider said below it would be nice to have a 'standard' type gear lever as an alternative to the 'heel & toe'. I've seen this mentioned elsewhere many times.
You can easily adjust the heel & toe lever to enable ordinary shifting with this one and there are replacements available. But after after some time using the the heel & toe lever I would never ever change it against an ordinary one. The heel & toe lever is much more comfortable.
Hi, we do offer some adjuster plates which give a small amount of movement for the original pegs to move, and we are working on a more complex setup which will offer a larger range of movement for the future. accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/40215?ref_page=Interceptor%20650

Yes. So somewhere in the US there's a warehouse full of them that were supposed to come on your bike but you can't have. But you can spend money and order one from overseas that they will ship here and you can install yourself. Thanks, tinted fly screen ordered.
I need a luggage rack !
Its in progress
@@HitchcocksMotorcycles Luggage that is easily removable so it can be removed when not needed.
The two accessories that I would want for the Meteor is a luggage rack and fork gaiters.
I'm not sure it'll be possible to fit gaiters. No groove and no space to secure them. But maybe there will be something clever made.
Hepco & Becker have a rack & pannier frame in development.
Funny, I was thinking of getting rid of my back rest and going to the setup on the Fireball. I'm probably the exception rather than the norm.
I don't like the look of the backrest, and it steals a bit of room from the pillion seat.
I've done exactly that on my Stellar Red. Looks so much nicer without the back rest
