FORGIVENESS IS NOT A SIGN OF WEAKNESS

Forgiveness is not a sign of weakness.
Unforgiveness sets you back. Unforgivess cripples you.
Ephesians 4:31
Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.
VS:32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
Forgiveness is not an option. I have to pass the baton and forgive others as Christ forgave me.
It's not for you to decide who is worthy of forgiveness and who is not.
Your feelings should not determine how you respond to a situation. If you do, you can be clouded with emotion and do/say things you will regret.
2 THINGS UNFORGIVENESS DOES
1. Unforgivess affects our ability to be fully present and focused creating a loss productivity and delivering below standard.
2. Unforgiveness drains is off energy
