Since I left Venice in 2016, doesn’t the city of LA continue to enforce the weekly alternate-side-of-street parking program to facilitate street-sweeping? Just curious.
Where I live. Homeless live in the woods. Where they don't get kicked out. One lady tried living in and entry way of an abandoned building on Main st here. She let her trsh get out onto the sidewalk from the entry So the cops kicked her out and they torn down the building. These cleaners are gonna be doing this the rest of there lives. Every area needs to get a piece of land and open it up for the homeless to pitch there tents or build there box / pallet houses. Add a few port a pottys and a some dumpters.
This group is among the worst to be seen. put a couch out on the sidewalk prior, trash, etc., all the obvious stuff. The worst of the worst opportunists. the library is a magnet too, first i would remove the phone charger. Well, some progress if guess. these RVs on this street are dreadful. Hopefully they can all go away forever.
Compared to year ago, something is changing.
Why not tow the broken down RV?
actually that thing moves he was on the other side of that road a week ago.
Keep 'em moving ... keep 'em moving ... keep 'em moving ... RV's too ...

...but the derelict RV stays?
I counted two derelict RV's plus a suspicious box truck...as for all that scrap metal going to the landfill, what a shame...
It never ends it keeps going and going.
True, the key is too keep this at a minimum, there will always be homeless.
Do you have a final solution?

The line up of people buying drugs out of the RVs in that stretch isn't obvious at all.
The dude must have operated a car repair business on the curb.
Amerika ist teuer!!
Certainly a common denominator, they are out collection anything and everything they can pack off…..
