I've got a rep for being mature for my age or "well kept together" in my friend group, apparently, I was like a therapist or mentor to people, and as an introvert, I felt like it was a duty and purpose to serve others with grace, gratitude, kindness, and humility, however, because I'm prone to solitude and individuality, sometimes I come off as "Detached", "weirdo", or "irregular" to those around me, particularly too "different" or "strange", any guidance on how to project self-love toward myself and others without feeling guilt or shame as an empath?
