Maybe so but it doesn't make any sense. He has traveled the world and knows exactly how bathrooms look. He is also renting out those rooms. It has to look professional. The entire setup is wrong. First comes the toilet then the bath area. Not Vice versa.
No one likes a wet bathroom especially when you have to use the toilet.
Marwa, when using solar system for hot water, it takes a few minutes for you to realize how hot it is because we have cold water running in the pipes before the warm water. Give it some time when you open it. Even mine works the same way

And u kno with that little tank and solar panel that’s not gonna give that mansion hot water out and your house in America is 1/6th the size with a bigger water heater and it uses gas/flames and we only get a bathtub of hot water (size of tank worth) and he uses the cheapest way for everything and get mad at it not working that’s why Ro say it’s not 5star because for everything it needs to be done right from copper pipes with insulation for hot water… etc but he can’t listen to people like me trying to help because yall dick riders label everyone a hater when we just don’t agree with your way of doing things then criticizing your own actions

You need to have pump that creates water pressure. You are surrounded by water which means that you should not have water problems or hot water problems. What is lacking is ingenuity and the knowledge. You need an electrical hot water heater. Add more solar batteries and more solar panels.

I agree on increasing the power of your solar so you can power pressure pumps and instant water heaters at each shower or tub. Come on Marwa you can easily pay for that. Don’t worry about it 👍🏼. Never give up 😊

You should have paint your home with Latex paint, and it should have been done by spray painting the walls with latex paint you can use water to clean dirt and fingerprints off the wall without damaging the paint ..plus it make the wall standout beautifully….👍👍
Hot water piping require insulation especially when they are long, otherwise you will loose heat to the weather. Instant water heaters require lots of power because its an electric element inside. Consider water heat pumps, they are energy efficient compared to electric geysers. Heat pumps are uses a refrigeration system to heat water. So energy wise solar is best, then heat pumps, then electric geysers/instant heaters.. From hot water tank u can even use small circulation pump if the elevation is no enough. So insulate the piping. Am mechanical engineer by profession from SA

In the states, houses are insulated, and some water pipes are insulated, and your house is all concrete, so it is going to take a bit longer to get hot,1❤from ATL 🇺🇸

Marwa, simple solution: the shower faucet has a mixing valve so that you can regulate and balance the hot and cold water. Your plumber should be able to make the adjustments. Make sure to refer to the faucet manufacturer’s manual 👍🏾

You can dig a tank at the cray bath the water there looks good compared to the one from the fish pond you just need long pipes to push the water up to the tanks
The problem with hot water solar heater is it makes hot water during the day when the sun is on but late in the evening if there is no sun don't expect hot water.only during the day.maybe u can put instant shower heater will help during the night

Honestly your bathrooms look third grade. Work done is very shoddy. The villa is very beautiful but the engineers failed you in the most important areas. Kindly talk to inconcept interiors to redo and redesign your bathroom's. And please why alwys get these shoody people for work? Get proper people to do your work. The house looks great 👍 yes there are some small isues but im shure they will eventualy get done propper with the right plumbers etc . You must insulate the pipes running into the heater and away from the heater that way the water stays hotter longer. Insulate the pipes insulate the pipes that’s all you have to do.

Where's the drains for the showers
Marwa, it is important to make sure you have a functioning water system in your villa. Even before you do the gypsum and speakers. You need to establish a good clean water source, storage tank and distribution.
The floors of the bathrooms are dangerous and slippery.
You have a big house. It will take a little while to go from extreme cold to hot. You just need to give the water time to get through the pipes. Not the plumbers fault.

Marwa, the solar heating system is installed with its own storage tank above it to create the required pressure to ensure continuous flow. Your system is incomplete without a reservoir tank.

You shouldn’t allow standing water to just sit in buckets 🪣 the water creates bacteria and allow mosquitoes to grow in the home . I think you need more than one hot water tank! One hot water tank is just the enough for a regular side house! For a house like that big I think you need 3 hot water tank, if you don’t want to wait 10 minutes for hot water! It’s wasting the water to wait that long for hot water!😢

Marwa for your next project I would advice you to ask the architect to provide a plumbing system plan, electrical plan and a kitchen plan so that when you change plumbers or the electrician the plan is there for reference. And always know that most fundis are looking for work they will make you do unnecessary things...the solar system is ok

You need to install one water heater per bathroom/kitchen. For that, you'll need another solar system just for the water heaters because they are so power-demanding!
For a solar heating system one needs to run the water for sometime so that hot water can run from the roof to the point of use. To solve this problem, at Peupe Technologies we usually integrate circulation pumps in the system to ensure hot water is available instantly. So you need circulation pumps in your system.

Marwa you need a Pressure booster pump u were gifted by that Qatar guy to give enough pressure and push cold water stagnant in your pipes quicker for hot water to arrive in time coz every time you ve cold stagnant water in your pipes coz your pipes are running a long distance around the house .
Marwa I have a tankless (or instant) hot water heater in my home and it still takes a while for the water to warm up in the winter, in my master bath. There is a lake close to my home and the master is on the main level so the ground is pretty cold.

Let the cold water run out first into a bucket which can be later used to wash the bathroom, balance out the cold and hot to middle on the shower so its not so hot to burn the skin, have a pump installed to add pressure to all the bathrooms. Paint finishes explained. A mat paint is a water base emulsion which doesn’t have any sheen on the finish . Gloss paint is an oil solvent based paint which can only be used on wood surfaces timber. And can be thinned with white spirit or turpentine . I think your painter didn’t explain it properly to you.

Rabbit meat is so good, it really taste like chicken. When I was a kid we had more Rabbit meat in our freezer than any other meat. My dad would go hunting all the time. And their easy to clean. You should try it!!!!!❤😊
Is that solar. If so then it would depend on sunlight. No sunlight means no hot water. Also the more you use it the more it runs out.
just get some insulation tape for the hot water pipes to keep the water warm as it travels t the faucets.
Marwa...a good idea to have a garden unit with a loo and a shower... .. and may be a changing area. Could be better than the place where you located an outside shower

The solar water gets very hot, but I think because of the size of your house it takes longer to travel from the gyser to the taps.
Marwa, both fresh and dry lemongrass are safe for horses, but fresh lemongrass might be more palatable for them. However, ensure the grass is free from pesticides and contaminants. Lemongrass should not make up a large portion of their diet but can be given as an occasional treat.

I use solar gyser your system is good you might need a second gyser just to add quantity depending on the capacity of that one in terms of litres it carries if it will be enough for many people to bath at the same time but if there are few people bathing at the same time it always refills and continue to warm up depending on the weather if it's hot or it's overcast if it's very cold the water won't be very hot that's when you can use the other system you installed once you have electricity
