How to dye cotton with turmeric (@miem)

Recipe:
2 tblsp turmeric
2 tblsp vinegar
2 litres of water
Bring to a boil, soak the garment or fabric in water and leave in the dye for 10 min. Stir to make sure the dye spreads evenly. Rinse thoroughly in cold water.
This recipe is enough for one t-shirt.
Be careful when you dye with turmeric, because it easily stains both clothes and surfaces.

Can you save and reuse the dye?

I haven't tried, but I suppose it is possible. The clothes bleed when you wash them, which I wasn't aware of when I made this video, so be careful not to mix with other clothes.😊
