I had the same problem. To fix this,
Clear the storage data of the Goodlock app. Also remember to turn off your sims.
Change your server in the VPN to another country, I used "FINLAND HELSINKI 2" like the video...by default, it was connected to US CHICAGO, so change that.
Then open the Goodlock app, everything should work.
