I have a question you have a "signature" buttercream pink another REALLY talented cake maker, like yourself, sideserf cakes, had a florescent green otter "wicked witch green" my question is is that something every cake maker has or you just have a favorite color or flavor of icing you all like to use or do they teach you that on baking school in just curious... I have tried with the same butter,shortening and whipping time but still yellow, do you use any whitening agents?
