    Hi Oli and Tacia- I really enjoyed this video. It was nice and peaceful and I was really hoping you guys would catch a fish but maybe next time and with the summer coming up there will be plenty of time for that. I love the cabin and it is coming along nicely. The door to the pantry is a nice touch, the cabin is looking nice and cozy and the scenery around the cabin is beautiful. Thank you for sharing another video

      Hi Christine, always makes us happy to hear from you and are glad you liked the video , wish we could spend even more time at our little paradise especially with increasing daylight but we have lots of work at the homestead . The greenhouse , new chickens and just recovering from the long winter lol .
      Thank you again for your support, hope to hear from you again soon !
      Have a great week

      @@NORDLAND49 You're most welcome and Hope your week is going Great! You guys have a lot to do, lol. I can't wait for green house project. We live in apt in Arkansas but I just bought a Greenstalk vertical planter for fresh fruits and vegetables and am excited to use.

    Wow, what a nice cabin with a fantastic view. A lot of off-grid people are going to the power stations to power up their cabins. Many are using solar panels to charge the power stations, something to think about in the future. A very peaceful way to get away from the rigors of life. Thanks for taking us along.

      Thank you very much!! We really enjoy it out there especially with the increasing daylight and of course the new power box . We have just talked about the solar option and is definitely something we are exploring in the near future!
      Thank you again for watching the videos and your support!!!
      Hope you and your family have a great week ,

    You guys work your butts off to have the cabin life! I totally respect your efforts! It is looking awesome. I once built a shed in my backyard in the Turnagain neighborhood and I thought I was the man, but you two have proved me wrong! Hahaha. Keep up the great work, I love your videos and always look forward to the next one.

      If we see any more signs of a mouse, we will try this for sure. I may try it for our chicken coop! Thank you for the comment! 🙂

    I gave up mouse hunts years ago. My cats do the hunting while I sleep.

    Great tour what are the dimensions of the cabin? Did you use plans?

    • @NORDLAND49
      @NORDLAND49  Рік тому +1

      Thank you very much for watching our video and we are glad you enjoyed the tour !
      It is 24 feet long by 20 feet wide , the walls are 8 feet tall and we lowered the ceiling about 12” to gain a little more head room upstairs . We actually just drew our own plans to how we thought the layout is most beneficial . We have been very pleased with it and it worked great for us . If you have any questions please feel free and we will try to answer them as best we can .Have a great week !!
