It was nice and peaceful and I was really hoping you guys would catch a fish but maybe next time and with the summer coming up there will be plenty of time for that. I love the cabin and it is coming along nicely. The door to the pantry is a nice touch, the cabin is looking nice and cozy and the scenery around the cabin is beautiful. Wow, what a nice cabin with a fantastic view. A lot of off-grid people are going to the power stations to power up their cabins. Many are using solar panels to charge the power stations, something to think about in the future. A very peaceful way to get away from the rigors of life. Thanks for taking us along.

It is 24 feet long by 20 feet wide , the walls are 8 feet tall and we lowered the ceiling about 12” to gain a little more head room upstairs . We actually just drew our own plans to how we thought the layout is most beneficial . We have been very pleased with it and it worked great for us . We put a bucket with water and black oil sunflower seeds floating . They jump in and thats it.
If we see any more signs of a mouse, we will try this for sure. I may try it for our chicken coop! Thank you for the comment! 🙂
I gave up mouse hunts years ago. My cats do the hunting while I sleep.
