@@NORDLAND49 For your camper I would go with the propane. It's quicker and safer. A fireplace would probably be too much heat in the small confined camper.

Hi Christine , Thank you very much , glad you like the little cabin ☺️, Well we are in the middle of deciding whether to go with a wood burning fireplace or propane , wood is super cozy but a little messy compared to gas 😃, We have to come up with a plan soon bc it feels like fall already, at Least in the morning 😃, Hope you have a wonderful week and let us know what your thoughts are See you soon Oli and Tacia

@@NORDLAND49 Thank you Oli and Tacia- As far as the heating for your rustic cabin, I would go with the propane option since it is a mobile cabin, the wood probably wouldn't be a good option, although I do love wood heating, but you do have that with your home and the cabin in the woods. We live in Virginia, and part of the reason my wife and I watch these Alaskan cabin videos is the snow, the fire in the woodstove, feeling close to nature, and the hygge, as the Norwegians call it. For me, a woodstove embodies these things. But whatever you decide we'll keep watching. Thanks for the great content.
