This is great. My two key words in my golf swing is Width & Through. So wide hands in the backswing and body through to face the target in the downswing & follow through. If I do this whilst maintaining posture I hit lovely compressed iron shots. I just wish it was easier to repeat 😆
Great drill !! I used the yellow and orange force pedals to enhance the feel of pressure applied to heal on back swing to ball of foot on front foot…but these are useless if one doesn’t properly follow you very easy instructions…..thank you thank you !!!😊
This drill has shown me my weight is too far back in stance. My trail foot would not naturally lift in the “twist” until I started with more weight over the balls of my feet…and now I can move my feet easier, my pelvis turns on an angle, rather than flat. Thank you!
