We hiked one of the most challenging routes inside Cloudland Canyon State Park. The Bear Creek Backcountry Trail requires multiple stream crossings and over 1,600 feet of elevation gain, making it one of the better hikes we have done in the south. Cannot wait to go back and explore more of the park. Lala and I have our eyes on the Cloudland 50 Miler Trail which will require us to backpack and camp so we shall see the in the future.

Jamie, I LOVE Cloudland Canyon! I have hiked every trail there EXCEPT this one. For some reason, I have missed it. And now you have me stoked to go do it. Perfect time of year for it. If you and Lala want to do it again, hit me up, I would love to join you. It looks awesome. Long as you don't break into any trail running, not with you on that, brother. HA! Hey, I love the Yellow Deli. I was in Chattanooga back in the 70's when they were there the first time. Lots of controversy around them as a church but they are very nice and they make great food, especially sandwiches. Best Reuben in the world, if you like Reubens.

Thank you, Preacher!! You must go back and do this trail. It's a long one but there isn't any super serious elevation gain -- just some casual ups and downs. The water crossings are what makes it fun! I bet it's beautiful down there with the fall colors coming in right now. And yes, Yellow Deli was amazing! There is also one up in Vermont along the Appalachain Trail. They treated us nicely and never asked us questions or tried to convert us into anything. Just super kind people with truly amazing food. Appreciate you watching the videos and subscribing to the channel! 😊

Love this one. Especially the log crossing and thinking of a great place to eat.

This was an excellent hiking adventure. This trail has a little of everything that we could ask for! The stream crossing part was my favorite and ofcourse that river crossing was definitely unexpected! 😅 I also loved the fact that this trail is extremely well marked ( although we got lost at the first part of the hike) 😂
Love how you edited this video! This definitely showcased how amazing this hiking adventure was! ❤

Just realized I didn't respond to this comment babe. 😂 I cannot wait to go back and do this one again. One of my favorite southern hikes so far with you!! You're right, lots of everything we could ever ask for in a hike, especially with that river crossing. 😉😂Salamat for your love and always being up for adventure! 😍

I have to say I think this has been my favorite so far. I could see there by the waterfall all day. So wondering minds want to know….where did you eat 😊

It's one of our favorites too! We went to a Mexican restaurant that was like 15 minutes away and ate about 5,000 calories each. Lala's main reason to hike: to eat after ... that is about it. 😂
