I'm a firm believer in chiropractic work as long you have a doctor who is willing to work with you and listen to what you are experiencing. I was in extreme amount of pain years ago where suicide was a daily thought till a I decided to visit a chiropractor near me. To this day I am forever grateful cause if I have not decided to meet him I would NOT be here today.

This is awesome! My back was curved but not as bad. The key moment for me was once I learned to unlock my hips by doing the cat and cow yoga poses... then I was finally able to straighten my back and do the exercises needed to strengthen the right muscles. I will never forget my sister walking up from behind and not recognizing me because my back was straighter.
I have a problem regarding my posture and hunchback.... Can you please tell me what exercises did you do ?

@Ollie Martinelli Actually you can sometimes straighten a scoliosis with physical therapy alone. That's why intensive physio and braces are first line treatment, not surgery.
It just takes a loooong time, and doesnt work a significant portion of the time.

I went to a Chiropractor here in El Paso to see if he could help me with my Hyperkyphosis. He said there was no remedy but wanted to see me twice a week for six months for general maintenance of my spine. I said no thanks.
