As a back patient, including spinal fusion, I can see the emotional toll it is taking on the guy. For me, prior to adjustment, heat, tens and or time on a rolling table is a must. I have also found that I have very tense muscles and Flexeril now and then is a huge help.
@just killin' time After all my shit comments throughout the years, a chiropractor video is where someone actually commented on how ridiculous my username is 😂😂. Thank you.
Imagine the relief this man must have felt after this. When I first went to the chiropractor I felt like I had a new body. My motion was so much easier and faster. It felt like driving a car with really sensitive pedals for the first time. Honestly sureal.
I’m studying chiropractic adjustments right now, just did a full day of manual therapy and studying and after seeing this I can’t wait to do the same tomorrow, incredible, immaculate and inspiring 🙏🏼

@@nenosaur7384 postural kyphosis is relatively easy to fix. Chances are with the severity of this kyphosis it's caused by an underlying condition, unless his posture typically involves him resting his head on his belly.
I looked like this when I went to the chiropractor for the first time. Being in pain and constantly told by doctors they can’t help you (which is what was happening to me) does that to a person
one of the reasons i subbed this and other channels like this is to see the change in their face from not only the physical healing but the emotional healing that comes from the care that dcs provide on the daily. thanks
Wow, not sure if anyone else mentioned this on the comments ( didn’t bother reading them all) but a before and after picture would have been awesome. At first the guy was very hunched, after the treatment it was a big difference!
Jay Pi yeah I feel like I could definitely see his arch being not as angled as it was before, and when I was seeing him compare his fist to flat hand I knew right away that was significant improvement. Hopefully this man can see towards more adjustments and eventually come to where he can sleep well at night on his back. EDIT: the natural human sleeping position is not on the back, it’s on the side and not using any pillows. We evolved to use our arms to rest our heads, when I first learned about it and tried it I instantly had better sleep and wasn’t as groggy in the morning.
@@darkest_eclipse8271 all my I always slept on my sides or, mainly, face down and from time to time on my back, and since the pandemic started and I started to read about the benefits of pronation on patients connected to ventilators I reinforced myself on those sleeping positions (on side or face down).
Aaaaaand he woke up the same next morning. Thank you joke "health" practicioners very cool. Next time try to stick with a doctor's or physio's rehab plan. You might need surgery
To see that much healing take place before my eyes in 20 minutes is very moving. I'm in tears right now, but I'll fell better (in all sorts of ways) all day.

@@tommybro5313 No, don't be sad! It's not about how tall you are, it's about how much character you can pack in yourself. Just look at Donald Trump; he's 6'3" (well, he claims to be 6'3" anyway 🙄), and he is full of lies, hate, anger, immaturity, and assholeishness. While Peter Dinklage, standing at only 4'4", is kind, talented, respectful, and a real class act. So don't you dare be sad! How tall you are doesn't mean much, in the grand scheme of things. Just be kind, caring, helpful, respectful, honest, and genuine, and you'll always be the biggest guy in the room! *To everyone I've upset by mentioning Donald Trump, and sharing my opinion of him, please accept my most sincere apology. I see that some felt it was inappropriate for me to bring up "politics" in the comment section of a chiropractic video, but please understand that my intention was simply to include an example of a well known tall person, who's height in no way makes him a better person than anyone else, in response to another commenter who shared that he was "sad" because he isn't very tall. My reply had nothing specifically to do with "politics", I just made mention of a tall person who I was pretty sure would be recognized, seeing as he's an international business man, TV star, and also our current POTUS. Again, I'm sorry if I've irritated, insulted, or disrespected anyone who read this...that was certainly not my intention. I wish everyone safe and Happy Holidays! Take care! ❄️🎄🍾🥂🕎🎅✌️
@Vince Ellis I respect your opinion, but I disagree with your assessment of me. I may criticize our leaders but that's about as far as I go, because that's not the kind of person I am, and I've never seen anything good come from bashing our own teammates.🤷🏼♀️ As for my character, I'm far from perfect, but I'm very proud of the life I've created and the decisions I've made. I've been a nurse for over 20 years, and love every single second of it, like when I first started. I also teach nursing, which has given me an opportunity to pass along my knowledge, experience, and passion for my work. Unfortunately, I won't live forever, but I hope that my students will take what I've given them, and continue providing care to patients with the same respect I've showed my patients. I will say that the most difficult period of time has been since Covid hit our area. When I was approached, and asked if I'd be willing to set up a covid unit, and work there indefinitely, it took me no time to accept. I've put my life on hold, only going to work or home, since I have such a higher risk of contracting the virus than most people, and I just can't put the people in my community in danger. I never thought I'd say I miss running errands, but here I am, saying just that!😉 I look forward to better days, but I'm afraid those days aren't even in sight yet. I understand why you may have thought you could read one comment I wrote, and know something about my character...often times that may be the case, but not with me. There's a lot more to my being, than can be found in my UA-cam comments. 😉 I actually made a vow not to ever intentionally insult or disrespect other commenters, and I've stuck to that, even when I've been called every name in the book. Instead of replying with something equally shitty, I either ignore it all together, or I reply with kindness, and a more in-depth introduction of myself, like I'm doing right now. Seeing as I made the decision to put literally EVERYONE'S lives ahead of my own, I'm quite comfortable with the person I am, and although these last few months have been incredibly rough, I'd make the same choice again. I've saved more lives than I've lost, and I do everything I can to offer comfort to my patients and their loved ones. For 20 years, I've been able to hold my patients hands while they pass, hug and cry with their families after their passing, and do the same with my coworkers when needed. Everything is different now, and I miss that level of closeness, but I've found creative ways to connect that have helped, as that's all I can do. I hope you've been healthy and safe, and that you stay that way. If you do get sick I hope you have a mild case with a quick and easy recovery. This is one nasty little bug, and I can't wait until we get some control over it's spread. I miss my family and friends, and I miss going places other than home and work... I'm ready for a more normal feeling life, like everyone else. 🤞 Take care, Vince! ✌️💜😷🇺🇸

Yep, I have the same issue...Scheurmans Kyphosis. Cant put my head on the floor either, and it sucks. Cant lay down and look at the sky. Problem is what causes this is your vertebrae grow in the shape of a wedge and not a cylinder. This is a treatment..and he feels great, but not a cure. The only way to make his spine stay that way, is with rods and screws sadly.
I'm dealing with similar issues with my back and the daily pain an inflammation is becoming unbearable smh. If I could see Dr Joseph one time it would be one of the best days of my life.
But they will cover u going to the doctor and spending millions on medication and visits and surgery that wont work! I have had medical insurance before that covered like 15 treatments a year!
I'm under a treatment of chiropractor in my city(milano,IT) from 3 weeks ago, first visit is €230 and next visit is €115,and I had to do 16 visits! Chiropractor is quite expensive but absolutely worth it!

As a back patient, including spinal fusion, I can see the emotional toll it is taking on the guy. For me, prior to adjustment, heat, tens and or time on a rolling table is a must. I have also found that I have very tense muscles and Flexeril now and then is a huge help.

Patient's height
Before: 5'9"
After: 6'4"
Good work, doc!👍
Sad that I’m 5’4
Take care!
❄️🎄🍾🥂🕎🎅✌️
@@IAmSuzyQ well said my friend
@Vince Ellis I respect your opinion, but I disagree with your assessment of me. I may criticize our leaders but that's about as far as I go, because that's not the kind of person I am, and I've never seen anything good come from bashing our own teammates.🤷🏼♀️
As for my character, I'm far from perfect, but I'm very proud of the life I've created and the decisions I've made.
Take care, Vince! ✌️💜😷🇺🇸

Crazy how a lot of health insurance don’t cover these things enough but it can have a major impact on ppl lives
Right ? Smh
Thats why alot off ppl don't consider them real doctors even tho what they do is amazing, its natural helping ur body fix itself similar to eating foods for health rather than medication
@@brandonvictor6159 they aren't considered real doctors because this isn't anything that is medically beneficial. Provides temporary relief? Sure, but by no means does it have any lasting effect.
