I think there actually was a place for either a speeder bike or an at-rt in the back of an at-te. I remember these walkers dropping off some at-rt's in the clone wars series. Same as what the gunships have.
The speederbike is from a deleted scene where a group of clones drop mines onto spider walkers, and detonate them after driving under them. A hasbro toy with a specially molded clone to ride the bike was also made for it, but it was cut from the film and an early render is all we've got left.
I finally built mine after getting the parts from bricklink because I bought it halfassed for $75 on 2017 new year. My suffering is finally over, now a mistake from my past is erased!
I feel as if Magma is a little too negative about these older sets, but given that in 2003, this model is absolutely astonishing and meets higher standards than generically newer models covered in stickers and latest technology. We've got to remember, we're comparing a decade's worth of difference here. Not all credit can go to the newer models. I admire the time and effort to make such a pleasing presentation to the '03 model and overall it's my top favorite.
josephd27 I think that’s the best version. I like the 2003 the best just because it’s original, but 2008 is the best. 2013 is a little small and disappointing, but a great set as well.
Hi, I know it's not at all to the topic but could someone help me identify a Star Wars animation. I remember watching it more tha 5 years ago. The planet looked like Naboo and I remember there were characters running over a bridge and then an AAT destroyed the bridge. I remember it was a pretty quality animation at the time. Thanks for the help
I have the 2016 version. It's pretty awesome. I love how the newer sets are Prequel Trilogy sets and that they remodel older 2003 Clone Wars sets with a more modern design. I like how the body for my ATTE is less boxy looking and more rounded as it should be. Plus it's so easy to move around. The clones used in this set are pretty cool too.
The 2008 AT-TE is the best model to have. It's the most accurate, has the best features, and has the best minifigures as well as the most I believe compared to the other two sets.
The 2013 one just looks rediculous and silly. The 2003 overall is the most accuarte, as AT-TE's are supposed to be quite short and fat and low to the ground.
Percius Nikolaos ya it looks the best, it looks like the one in the second episode but the ones from 2008 and 2013 look like the At Te from the cloned war
I prefer the 2002 model by quite a stretch. The inside is what I really like about old lego sets. They are functional
2003*
@@BoredBricks welp, they did make the AT-TE. No X-wings here this time

Yes in the clone wars it is shown that 2 at-rt's can fit in the rear of the at-te
That's not clone wars the sets wich look like these are like episode 2 thats why they have black face
Because TCW existed in 2003

What a great set
I bought some of these clones for $22.00 apiece on eBay....now buying this set🥰
I got this brand new back in 2003. Really only good for display. Hard to pick up. I just got the 2022. Very awesome.
The original LEGO clone troopers always come in 4s for some reason
Not true there was a rare set with 150 of them
@@skinnyj123 And what set was this?
@@wolfman6489 it's called "clone building event" there is a 2002 style one and weirdly there is also a commander cody one
I don’t know.. the original version does seem to catch the spirit of the movie scene where it gets blown up by the Hailfire Droid 👍😁
I lost two of the grey wand pieces off the bubble turrets on mine. I have no idea where they went, they just disappeared
Just buy more off BrickLink
It's how I've been restoring lots of my old sets Xx
Recently ordered windows off this one to put on the new one
Just bought this set used for $197.97 plus shipping 😁🥰

Agreed
I really want this set. It’s one of the only 2003 episode 2 sets I’m missing. This, jango’s slave 1, and the Hailfire droid.
5000 subscribers with 0 videos challenge I just picked up a bag of legos at goodwill and this sets was complete in the bag and it only cost $7😄
Great set!
I like my 2008 version also

Good question
ua-cam.com/video/fP9e-KIPbdk/v-deo.html this one?
Hey! You're probably looking for Spugesdu's Squad 42: No Alternative. It was one of my favorites as a kid. ua-cam.com/users/spugesdu
This is my favorite at te because it's the cheapest of the three lol (taking about used condition)
I wish this one was the cheapest of the three
@@DeathofJustin it is (I'm talking about used condition sorry)

Awesome review
Ngl I wish the had a JaWa in this set like the republic vs the koonjata
I have this set I bought it at goodwill but there’s a lot of pieces and figs missing
Brick By Brick I bought mine from Kijjiji and asshole that sold it to me half assed the set. Also two of the clones are missing.

Conner Richards the 2013 set is better
@@lilygoldie way better
@@lilygoldie the 2022 version is pretty good aswell. I like all of them
What sets did you have as a kid
Love it!
I don’t mind the holes
Cool set on cool channel! Like
Of course there isn’t any handles, handles weren’t invented until 2008!
This was the only version of the episode 2 clone trooper until 2013.
Is so crazy how the 2023 model is twice as expensive.
Well, it is also at least twice as good.
In my opinion this set is very hard to play.. But the detail for its time was pretty good!
I like the newest one the best it’s much more durable and realistic
‘This LEGO set is so unrealistic plus it’s just bad but I still respect it
Duuh watch the movie the windshield color is accurate
Oh hi ur my clone (not clone trooper)
The original snowtrooper helmets are so much cooler
I was born in that year😅

😂😂😂 👌👌 😕😕😕

if lego would've put stud shooters or flick fire missles or even those spring loaded shooters then it would make this set 10x uglier
