Nautilus is comparable depending in the model your referring to. Medx is damn near impossible to find, rogers was interesting again depending on the model, panatta is a different animal.
Not sure if you’re from Dallas but Destination Dalllas and Hidden Gym in Allen both have one. It’s a great machine. Not sure where to buy though. They are hard to find.

Is this leg press really good in 6ft 1 how is range of motion for me and my sister is 5ft1 how is range of motion for her we do deep squats
It's a squat press! They have a crescent motion and work a bit differently than the leg press. I love the one at my gym.
