I love this pocket series due to the fact many of the pockets ideas are new to me. I love the envelope pocket which would be a great way to use leftover pattern paper pads. Some of those paper pad patterns are just too atrocious for card making but would make great journal pockets especially when embellished. Thank you so much for the ideas and sharing the templates. I always learn so much from watching your videos.
PS I have a request for a future video. If you have time in the future, would you consider creating a video on sewing on paper and card stock? I am afraid to try sewing on paper or card stock and possibly ruining my machine without knowing more. I cannot seem to find a comprehensive video on this subject. I have watched one or two but they really didn’t seem to know much. It would be nice to know the dos and don’ts, like what needles to use, what type of thread works best, what weight limit (i.e. thickness) of card stock can be used, a good stitch length, etc. If your machine has decorative stitches can you use those…what type of thread to use, stitch length, etc. Thank you for considering the idea for the future.

I remember watching one of your videos a year or so ago for making a soft fabric journal cover, which I made and love ( I need to make more just now time currently). In the video, you had mentioned you had sewn professionally. I know this will sound silly but I figured if anyone could set me on the correct path for sewing paper and card stock it would be you. Thank you for considering the idea for the future. Have a great weekend!
