Confession: Diddy Kong Racing is one of the only Rare Ware games I've never actually played. The way you make it seem so fun and upbeat makes me really want to change that status!
I remember when this game came out... I had cousins who were 5-7 years old, and they basically begged me to play the game every time I came over. They couldn't win the races but wanted to see more of the game and someone winning haha.
any thoughts on making anything from future funland? something like darkmoon caverns would be sick, the world needs more dkr covers, especially such good ones

I decided to look up a version of the song like this on a whim just now. I was not disappointed.
