Aparna , My Home & Rajapushpa bought large land parcels at cheap prices near these Tellapur, Kollur and surrounding areas.
They are herding sheep/people to those areas and selling useless shit at expensive prices.
They might have bought an acre for current 2 bed room price just 7-8 years ago.
Pity poor IT employees who are sacrificing their entire lives to make Aparna, My Home and Rajapushpa guys rich

Don't buy this overpriced project by Aparna due to their unprofessional behaviour.
Unprofessional behaviour by Aparna and It's executives. I have filled application form, blocked a flat unit in Aparna Newlands, gave advance cheque and asked to hold for 2 days as i wanted to think. Without informing me they have sold my unit to other customer and asked me to move to another unit.
When i called them to clear my cheque, they informed me it is sold by other executives. Truly unprofessional behaviour by Aparna executives and Management.
I won't recommend anyone to put their hard earned money in this project with Aparna.
