In the "Preferred locations within Australia" heading there is a question "Would the client be prepared to live outside an Australian capital city? What should be the answer for 491 EoI lodgement? I guess it should be "Yes". Please suggest.

1. Are there any family members the client would like to introduce in future application ? / would the client be accompanied by their partner in future application ?
what is the difference , I've a son and husband to be accompanied with me
2. Does the client partner have a nominated occupation ? What I need to fill in this as my husband is not doing his skill assessment
Hi, Thank you for asking. But, I can not give you professional advice as I am not a registered agent. However, this video is for general information only. Based on this I can share what I know.
1. For first part, your selection should be "yes" as you have a son and husband (2 members). and for second part also "yes" because you want to include your husband for PR. meaning you and your husband both will get PR if you select yes, if not only you will get PR.
2. As your husband do not have skill assessment, he is not eligible for the nominated occupation.

What if I do not have family name in my passport? What do I fill in this field then? Also, if my passport is expired and the the new one is in process of getting renewed? What do I fill in the passport details .
In my opinion, you might need to wait for the passport renewed. But, you can consult to migration agents for valid information.

Hi, i found your video useful for me, would you please tell me that i have done master of health administration, policy and leadership, can i add that qualification under the specialized Australian education.
You can claim 5 points for Australian study, but to be recognised as specialist education you should either have masters by research or PhD.
For 491 subclass..what process i do first submitting eoi or applying state nomination?

For the Skilled Employment experience, can we put in our Actual Total Experience or the one which we have got after the ACS has evaluated and deducted a few years from it.

1) Vet assess has deducted my 1 year experience in point tested advice and have mentioned that this period is used for qualifying period. should i include that experience to related occupation in EOI without claiming points.
2) can i claim my parter points if she is not in Australia and i am in Australia.

@@shayanaslam7219 I updated my EOI twice after submitting it. I have no idea whether it affects or not. If it's important information, you have to update it. I did the same, I updated it because I needed to give them clear and correct information.
I think it's 5 points for a positive skill assessment.

How long it took to get the ITA after submitting the EOI?
and how is on going work experience added to the application. For instance, one applied when they were in the 3-5 years of category & after 3-4months they moved to 4-7 years of category, hence increasing point.

This process is to submit EOI. Once you are invited to apply by government, then you have to pay application fee which is $4045. There are other expenses as well

If we are not interested to claim partner points, is it compulsory for partner to appear in PTE or IELTS test before lodging EOI? Or without partner PTE/IELTS result we can lodge EOI. Please explain
yes without partner pte you can lodge eoi....if later after few months partner has successfully given pte then you can update also...it is allowed

Thanks for the video. I have a very important question on submitting EOI. I have worked in one company from May 2018 till July 2021. My ACS letter says that I can consider experience from May 2020 as 2 years they have considered for suitability. So how do I put that company experience in EOI application. Shall i make 2 entries for the same employer : one from May 2018 to May 2020 and select No : second entry for same employer from May 2020 to July 2021 and select yes. Or shall i make single entry from May 2018 til July 2021 and select Yes.

Hi StarTek, after completing all required fields in my EOI application it appeared the system did add up my work experience of 6yrs overseas and 1 year in Australia. It tallied at 65pts for age, relationship status, and study requirements. Please can you advice why? I had a successful skill assessment from Institute of Managers and Leaders.

Whats the difference of EOI from ROI?
EOI - Expression of interest, you want to submit your interest to apply for PR. Once it’s accepted and you are invited, than only you can apply for PR.
ROI - Return on investment, I guess 😊
What should be your "date to" in education history. It is the convocation date or end of study date?
It should be visible on your academic transcript or course completion letter.

There are many skill assessment authorities. It depends on your occupation. For eg; IT related professions are assessed by ACS.

To apply eoi for 189 (which is applied in video), you need to do skill assessment which requires 1 years experience only, it does matter which state you live. If you are asking about state nomination, all states can have their own eligibility.
