This was so lovely. The homes so well chosen and the last one was perfection. Ideal for someone on their own in size and room and then to add that beautiful terraced back yard with the added bonus of the delightful room at the top. What a view. I do so hope she got the home Sue is a lovely lady as was her friend. This is just a gem of an episode.
Nicki looks in great form - even younger. I love her no-nonsense and sensitive way of interracting with the house buyers. Best wishes to Sue in her quest of buying that lovely property.
J'espère sincèrement que Sue aura pu emménager dans cette charmante maison mystérieuse ! Merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu cet épisode accessible sur UA-cam ! greetings from Quebec!
This programme has a special place in my heart as my Mum passed away last October and we would always watch Escape to the Countryside with a cuppa and buscuits thanks for the happy memories 🥺😔☺️❤ lovely houses
My husband died last year (he was 68), and Sue's advice at the end hit home for me. She gives me hope. This was a beautiful episode. The only question I have is, where is parking for her car at the mystery house? Thanks for the upload.
I am so sorry for your loss. My husband died too young also. At first all one can do is keep putting one foot in front of the other. Keep fast to that hope and be kind to yourself.
@karent-s7639 thank you, and you're absolutely right, each day I tell myself to put one foot in front of the other, because no amount of missing him will bring him back. What else can you do? One day at a time.
Wow!! That mystery house!!😍😍The view was beyond beautiful, I would not want to leave that third terrace, I would live in that little den built there!😅😍 I wish we knew if Sue got the house, it is disappointing not to.
A big no for the last one, electric heating, absolutely not. Won’t get enough sun in the winter for solar panels to be much help. She clearly doesn’t want both her daughters visiting at the same time.
I love these shows, but the scripted 'emotions' every so often are BORING!! The FAKE feelings detract from genuine pleasure and enjoyment of the property and people! C'mon! Be creative! 25 Seasons of 'feeling emotional' and 'getting emotional' and 'getting me started' is wearing thin.............

I love this presenter she listens really listens to the buyer and delivers. I wish all the best to this lady and her lovely friend. ❤
Nicki and Jules are my favorites. Both are always in sync with each buyer. Warm, generous, and fun.

Couldn't have said it better.
Lovely women and Nicki, as always, is the consummate companion for the journey -- thanks for posting ❤
Nicki is a beautiful lady and what a wonderful episode the houses and Sue and her pal.....all the best❤

Makes me realise how lucky I am to have simply landed here by chance 25 years ago … no 5 year escape plan necessary.
Lovely episode ❤ with the lovely Nicki, hope sue gets it soon, crossing my fingers for her 🤞🏻
The third house is amazing and incredible to have that studio the decking being three tiers will take a lot of maintenance but its worth it! ❤😊
I used to see this show on television, but the channel changed programming. Happy that it just popped up on my feed. Already subscribed.
Thanks
Mine did as well. Was glad to find some episodes here. :)
All the property were lovely but value fir money was the mystery house ❤
What a delightful episode!
I hope the best for Sue. Such wonderful women, great episode.
Fingers crossed for Sue!
Wonderful episode! Such lovely ladies and Nicki! ❤ Beautiful countryside too.
I loved living in Meltham. My boys and I were devastated to leave.

This is the only episode in which all 3 choices were absolutely wonderful! But house #1 was my favorite ❤
Lovely Escape to the Country branded umbrellas❤. If God wills, one day I'll also be on the show holding one of those.
Age dictates a close bathroom.
I agree! I have to have a bathroom on the same floor as my bedroom.
And no terraced garden.
Very Beautiful village ❤️
I hope Sue was able to secure that house. It was made for her.
Mystery house has views to die for

Such a beautiful first property ❤️
😊😊this is such a lovely interior design show..always very beautiful😊😊
Lovely episode.
I feel like I've been on vacation.
I don't have a "Woman Cave",
I have a
♥️She~Shed♥️
Did she get the house? Please do a part two!!
from here in Brasil i cry with you,be happy Sue🥰🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
❤such sweet ladies
I wonder, with a semi detached house. Are there monthly dues that the homeowner has to add into their monthly budget.
I don't believe so. Terraced houses and semi-detached are very common in the UK, mainly due to space issues in the cities and towns.
So did she get the house?
❤
I can't believe they romanticize the place I grew up....😂
That first house may of been cute, but it was so grey. Sucks the life right out of you.
Chris & Jack are roommates
And…???
They could be married to each other. Good on them.

Ever had your 30-year marriage end? You might be emotional, too.
You don't have to comment if it's not positive.
Why comment if its not positive ?
Well, then you're also telling me that I'm boring, as even I got emotional on this one!
