My mom sent me this video because I've been struggling mentally with having a fupa lately. I'm a size 14 but really don't look it and I'm only 5'3. I got fupa having two kids but this video has given me ideas and makes me feel better.

I’m pretty much exactly the same! 5’1, size 12/14. Hourglass but since having two kids the fupa is crazy lol.

I have the same shape now after having two babies, both c-section. The recovery was awful and I got really sick after. I’m honestly just thankful to God to be healthy and feeling good. I am still beautiful even at a much higher weight for me. Mama to mama, I hope you’re feeling beautiful still 💖

Nita, you are so right. We are just as beautiful as a size 4 or a lady without a Fupa. I have to admit sometime it does discourage me from wearing certain clothing lol.

I am a size 6 with a fupa most times in a small, so fupa do not discriminates on size, genetics have a lot to do with it. But I usually do what she describes, so no one actually sees fupa.

Sameee. I was heavier before(238) got down to 220 and I lost more weight and I’m now 210! Shockingly the key is eating More nutritious foods and burning at minimum a quarter of that. So for example eating the calories according to the goal weight you want. My goal is 200 lbs. My total calories is 200 x 12 = 2400 and I strategically make sure that my protein intake is 200 x .6 = 120 grams. I burn anywhere between 670 calories(only my walking days) to 1000 Cal (full body intense workout and swim with walking) so yeah definitely keep finding wat works and try it out! I’m the same height & 27y/o btw. Good luck! 🥰🫂🙆🏽‍♀️

Majority of us were size 2/3 when we were much much younger. You are not a 20 year old girl anymore, you are a woman. Your body reflects a different season in your life. Yes lose weight but dont try to chase a size 2 as you cant have it anymore. Goodluck in your journey

This was so helpful. I’m a size 26/28 and it’s so refreshing to hear someone say I can still dress confidently at my size. I’m struggling with clothing due to my round belly but this really made me energized to find something. Up next, can you do a video on wide width heels. I’m really trying to elevate myself.

Hey girl hey! I'm so glad you did this video. I came across an old photo of me 20 years ago and it made me feel some type of way. I looked super small (dare I say it, I looked thin), but I thought I was a big girl even back then...and it made me a little sad that I never really accepted myself and my body. The mind is such a powerful thing. I have some progress to make but I'm definitely more confident now than I was back then. Guurrlll...she's (I'm) BEAUTIFUL and FABULOUS!!!😜 You bring so much love and light to this platform. Thank you for the reminder and for being a blessing!💜💜💜

I love videos like this because the fit, lines of our clothing and color palette and such matters, and I think it’s fun to learn about. I feel good about my body even though I’m much bigger than I was most of my life. I actually feel very confident this way, but I find it difficult sometimes to find the right fit and wanted bell figuring it out. This video helped me do that, so thank you! Also I just love someone who is straight up and not embarrassed to talk about our bodies honestly.

I just found you and I’m so glad I did! I really appreciate your message. I gained, lost and regained over 100 pounds. I did a lot of messed up things to be skinny and now I’m in treatment and realizing that caring for my right now body is what I need to do. Thank you for your advice and the encouragement that we are worth caring for. I know my Father loves me and he is not worried about what size I wear. He has known about all of my days before one of them came to be and he knew I would be this size. He blessed us with a wonderful woman, you, to help us feel beautiful in a culture that gives a different message.

This video came just in time!! I’m 5’9 193 and have a very athletic frame . I’m trying to revamp my wardrobe after gaining 30+ pounds. Since I’ve gained weight, I’ve noticed that my midsection is a little extra than what I’m used to which I’m not really upset about. Because of this video, I can curate a wardrobe that will extenuate my newfound curves, but I also hide my fupa. Thank you!

You have did me a great service on today. I am a plus woman who weight fluctuates size 14w-24w. I have huge tummy. The advice you have just given makes so much sense and reminds me the different ways to camouflage when that tummy gets out of whack. Thank YOU, Thank YOU

First of all, I think you are so gorgeous! 😍😍Your style and swag is awesome. Girl you got the sauce PERIOD!!! I really appreciate how you gave a detailed description of each piece which is not only beneficial for ladies with fupas, but for ladies of all body shapes. So many ladies have these questions, that either don't know how to ask, or maybe afraid, or too embarrassed to ask. Thank you so much for your Insight and tips! Flawless execution beautiful lady👏👏👏❤️

Thanks for making this video. I often feel like the advice I get to dress for an hourglass contradicts the advice I get to dress for a fupa.
