For all you idiots out there saying he "provoked" the fish, this is a wolf eel, a certain type of eel that lives in cold waters around the world and is specialized at eating shellfish, that includes crabs, snails, whelks, lobsters and sea urchins. Yes, they can eat sea urchins and do so on a regular basis, do your research before you comment.
Yet he isn't eating but rather reacting agressively to the urchin being shoved in it's face. Look at it, do fish keep their mouth open while one of the jaws is covered by food, wich they completely ignore? Maybe to keep the mouth open and focus on threatening the intruder with it? I get it, I don't like moronic comments either, but in this case the fish is not feeding but defending.

We evolved to have a softer mouth because of our diet change. Back then we used to eat raw or cooked meat and didn't have toothbrushes. Hence why cavemen teeth are still very much intact after death.
