Awesome that you were able to grab one! I got one too - the day before they disappeared. It came in last Tuesday night, and I let it sit until Friday night, when I unboxed it. I wasn't expecting a whole lot. Holy Cow!!! I got a whole lot! I mean... I can not believe how good the guitar was - straight out of the box. It is gorgeous. The neck is straight on, with absolutely ZERO fret sprout. A tiny little bit of buzz only on the A String, and only when chording. And it's barely noticeable when I'm plugged in. I can not believe what I got - for $85 bucks to the door. And I am stunned at how good it is. Love it!
You snagged one! This guitar has captured the attention of guitar YT like nothing else. I wonder how long until they start showing up on Reverb for three times the price...

I managed to snag one too before they disappeared. I am really, really curious as to why they were so suddenly deleted from the internet!
The finish on mine was flawless, and there was no issues with it at all.
I ended up doing a couple mods to the bridge pickup mounting in order to get it closer to the strings. It sounds even better, and is much more balanced now. Glad to see you got one too, Gary! Thanks for the review!
I bought two of these for $81 each total with tax. If they appear back on the market, there's no way to predict what they will be selling for. These guitars take some fiddling to make right, but they essentially have "good bones" and can be made very, very sweet. As far as "beginner guitars" are concerned, it's my opinion that no guitar you buy online (or in a big store) is suited for a beginner unless someone with basic guitar setup skills has gone through it and made everything true, flush, square and level, so to speak. With some basic setup, practically any guitar that doesn't have major basic flaws (like a twisted neck, maybe) can be made very playable. It's also my opinion that you're not really a guitarist if you don't have basic setup skills because a lack of setup skills means that you don't understand how your instrument functions. These guitars are beautiful when sorted out.
Got mine at the same price. You can’t beat that price. Perfect to play around with alternative tunings.
Agree that they were overpriced when the came out, but snagged a white GLP at the sales price, really impressed!

Congrats! Was hoping they would drop the price on the Tele's, Ive been looking at an orange or apricot, but it didn't happen. Oh well . Got a couple of nice deals at GuitarsGarden, a Tele and a V. Wonder what Santa has in mind? Have fun!

Bolt on is garbage. You're correct. You can get a set neck for same price. You know this guy had no idea it was a bolt before he got it.
